Graphic Overlay are ideal for recessed moldings, switch assemblies, or front panel graphics. They are printed on the underside (sub-surface) of chemical and abrasion resistant plastic materials.

Design features that can be incorporated include: backlit-deadfronted - LED/LCD display window areas, selective surface texturing, embossing, zoned adhesive, hardcoating, color matching and/or 4-color process printing.

Standard thicknesses range from 0.005" to 0.030", with other gauges, backing plates or assembly services avaialble upon request.

Die cutting utilizes economical steel rule dies that can be accurate to +/-.005". In-house lasers can be used (without tooling) for prototype or intricate cutting.

Glossy, Matte, Textured, Brushed, and Selectively Textured finishes are available. Graphic Overlay are used in variety of industries like Weighing scale, Appliances, Instrumentation , Medical Field, Computers, Electronics , HVAC.

Aluminium Anodized LabelsAluminium anodised labels are less expensive and because of its ductile nature, the labels can be bent, embossed, stamped or machined. The metal can be treated with some polishing chemicals by anodizing to prevent the corrosion.

The etched aluminium labels can be used in badges, rickshaws, cars, motor bikes, luggages, and in industrial machineries. The printed labels can be used in weighing scales, meter dials, weighing charts. The anodised labels are used basically for name plates, typewriters, CD players and other electronic items. The embossed and engraved labels can be used in door name plates, exhibition display items, instruments, control panels etc.

Brass Labels
Brass labels can cut, etched, and embossed. They are used in gift articles, award plates, weighing balances, corporate company name plates, big boards.

Stainless Steel Labels
Stainless Steel labels is a strong metal and more durable. It is used in industries like fabricating industry, vessels, chemical plants.

Membrane Switch is made of several layers including soft insulating material and electric material, with free lock and touch feature. It is assembled with the function of switch, front panel, graphic overlays, LCD Transparent windows, imbedded LED, soft circuit panel & male connector. Membrane Keypads is widely used in home appliance, communication facility & industry instrument.

The material used for Membrane Keypad is carefully selected for each application to provide the required specification, which may include scratch or chemical resistance, flexibility or low cost. We have both tactile and non-tactile systems available for membrane keypads, using silver or carbon tracking and utilising the latest polyester or PCB technology. Selective UV finishes together with insertable legend systems can be incorporated to provide maximum adaptability in membrane key pad.
