EU & TSM SpecificationsParle accommodates both standards of B, D, BB, BBS tooling configurations used in todays International Market.The American Standard known as the TSM Standard and the European Standard known as the EU or Euro norm Standard.TSM and EU tooling standards were established in the industry to provide a structure that protects companies tooling investments while maintaining established processes and procedures. TSM and EU configurations are very similar to each other but cannot be interchanged.

Multi-Tip Tooling
Multi-tip tooling is a uniquely designed assembly.We provide solutions in tablet tooling where more than one tablet can be formed at each station in the press. The number of tips being dependent on the punch type, size and shape of the tablet.
More than one tip is accommodated on a single punch thereby helps in increasing in productivity which leads to higher outcome, whereas with its excellent feature like strong tip & less maintenance which leads to reduction in production cost.

Our assembly style multi tip tablet tooling consists of a body, cup and tip. This design is compactable for different compression machines for the compression of micro tablets 1.8 to 4.00mm. Also, this design can be applied for Tablets ranging from 4mm to 10mm. The tooling design is user friendly in terms of installation and setting of tooling on the machine.

Coatings
Special Coating to the tooling helps in eliminating common issues like sticking and picking. Due to various parameters in tablet production, including environmental conditions and difference in compounds to be compressed, the performance of these coatings can vary from application to application.

We recommend using dust cups with the punches to provide a secondary barrier to the upper punch seals. This also prevents oil & other debris from contaminating granulation and ensures production runs smoothly and cut back on cleaning time.
All the dust cups are made with approved pharmaceutical-grade material that are specifically selected for their stability, wear-resistance, cleaning & flexibility. While these are an optional accessory, their benefits far outweigh their price.
We also manufacture bellows with the same pharmaceutical-grade material, which prevents lubricant contamination and black spots on the tablets. Bellows cover the extended part of the punch barrel keeping the lubrication better separated from the product.
