Paras Activated Carbon Filter is used to remove oil & moisture particles from Compressed Air. It contains Activated Carbon granuels which absorb the Oil and Oil vapour from the Compressed Air. Activated Carbon Filter is to be installed after the Air Receiver. If absolutely dust free air is required, an on line Filter should be installed at the outlet of Activated Carbon Filter before application point.
Single or Two Stage Dry Vacuum Pumps are single acting, air cooled units in single and / or two stage construction. It is positive displacement piston type pumps which achieve vacuum upto 29.0" Hg for single stage and up to 29.6" Hg for two stage construction, at sea level.

Two Stage Compressors consist of two or more cylinders. The first stage, low pressure (LP) cylinder is always larger in diameter than the second stage, high pressure (HP) cylinder. The atmospheric air enters into LP Cylinders through inlet filter & valves and passes to HP cylinder through intercooler and HP inlet valves. The air is for higher pressure by HP cylinder and then delivered to final destination. The highly efficient intercooler provides maximum heat dissipation between stages, resulting in more air per horse power and less trouble from carbonization.

Water cooled After cooler with Moisture Separator is a Shell and Tube type Heat Exchanger which reduces the temperature of compressed Air and as a result Moisture from the Compressed Air is Separated. Cooling is done by circulating water from the opposite side of the Compressed Air inlet in After cooler. The After cooler is designed is such a way that the Cooling Water passes through the Shell in turbulent flow, resulting maximum that heat dissipation from the Compressed Air and hence more quantity of Moisture is separated in Moisture Separator. Water cooled After cooler with Moisture Separator from 10 CFM to 1000 CFM and Working Pressure from 150 PSIG to 1000 PSIG are available.
