We are specialized in making a CAF Gasket which is die cut or circle cut . These gaskets are made using selected chrysotile fibres & are flawlessly blended with suitable heat resisting binders as well as fillers & vulcanized into sheets of uniform composition and thickness. We follow standard specification to suit to the flanges. Asbestos gaskets are still regarded as one of the best gasket materials due to its high temperature capabililties, chemical resistance and its mechanical strength which allows the gasket hold a lower percentage of rubber binder. This type of gasket is tough, durable and dimensionally stable, relatively incompressible and exhibits low creep characteristics. It also has the ability to effectively form a seal over a wide range of service conditions which has given it a good reputation. Compressed asbestos fiber(CAF) gaskets have good chemical resistance capabilities and a good working temperature range of cryogenic to 1, 100F. It is less suitable for low bolt loads such as use with non-metallic flanges and low grade bolts, and is not suitable for use in stainless steel flanges due to its chlorine content which will damage the flanges. However, CAF gaskets can be installed relatively easily due to their ability to handle mechanical abuse, incorrect fitting and bolt-load retorquing.

These are cut from Non-asbestos jointings sheets which is used in various application from light to medium to higher loadings & Oil resistance Gasket material with excellent Thermal, Chemical & Mechanical properties. These Jointings also offered resistance to oil and hydrocarbons under severe operating conditions. Non Asbestos Jointing Sheets are produced to International Specifications and fulfill the exacting service requirements in Engineering, Automobile, Chemical, Petrochemical, Petroleum, Refrigeration, Power Generation, Paper, Sugar and other Industries.Used in the high temperature and high pressure. For the equipment in saturated vapor, super hot vapor, gas, air, gas, ammonia alkali, and inert gases and other mediums etc. And used as sealing material in the joints of pipeline.

Rubber Gaskets are cut or punched to shape from moulded sheets. we also do a rubber moulding in Natural, Nltrlle, Neoprene, Silicon, Viton, SBR, EPDM, Polyurethane etc. Rubber Gaskets are made as per customer's specifications. Rubber and Plastic Gaskets Due to its elastomeric properties, rubber is a popular material for gasket production. Since they can undergo a high degree of deformation without permanent damage or loss of attributes, rubber gaskets can form very tight seals within a wide range of applications. Some types of rubber frequently used in gasket manufacturing include nitril, viton, and neoprene. Certain polymers, such as thermoplastic elastomer, thermoplastic rubber, and polyvinyl chloride, display qualities similar to those of rubber and are also common in gasket production.

PTFE gaskets are cut from a moulded PTFE sheets. We do make PTFE slitted enveloped in 'V' type and mill type. We also make fused enveloped for tanks and manholes with required inserts of CAF, Rubber, SS corrugated etc. as per customer's specifications. We also cut PTFE gaskets as per customer specifications. PTFE is generally used because of its outstanding chemical resistance.note that it can be prone to relaxation and creep.PTFE can be used as a cover around and inside edge of a fibre joint to produce what is known as PTFE envelope gasket as well as being used as a filler in spiral wound gaskets and as a covering surface layer for Kammprofile gaskets.

Our specially manufactured PTFE Ring Gaskets are widely used in chemical plant, glass lined equipments, etc. due to their high temperature, corrosion and ageing resistant qualities. Description :These gaskets are successfully used in chemical plants, glassglass lined equipment due to their high temperature, corrosion and ageing resistance. Envelope Gaskets are produced in two forms: - Milled & Slit forms. Milled type envelope is perhaps the better of the two since it is made it fit the insert and present a flat face to the flange. The slit type is perfectly arrogated for many applications where cost is a major consideration. The envelope in this variety does not present a full face to the flange. Solid gaskets can be made to order in different types of shapes and sizes. Size :PTFE Envelope is available in 12mm onwards and the 0.5mm flap thickness. PTFE Solid gaskets are available from 12mm on wards and 1mm, 2mm & 3mm in thickness.

Spiral wound gasket are special semi-metallic gaskets of great resilience. Therefore they are very suitable for applications featuring heavy operating conditions. Spiral wound gaskets are manufactured by spirally winding a V-shaped metal Strip and a strip of non-metallic filler material. The metal strip holds the filler providing the gasket with mechanical resitanence and resilience. Spiral wound gasket can be reinforeced by an outer centering ring And or inner retaining ring.the outer centering ring controls the compression And holds the gasket centrally within the bold circle. The inner centering ring increase the Axial rigidity and resilience of the gasket.Spiral wound gasket should always be in contact with Flange and should not protrude into the pipe or project from the flanges. Spiral wound gasket can be used for sealing flange joints, manhole and handhold covers Tube covers, boilers, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, pumps, compressors and valves in industries Such as petrochemical, pharmaceutical, shipbuilding and food processing, in power industries And nuclear power stations.
