Besides, it enables us to have timely knowledge of the new varieties of chillies and changing crop patterns and conditions which is very important in India owing to vagaries in our largely monsoon dependent crop. We offer dried with stem chillies and stemless chillies that are hand picked, graded and sorted to give a clean and hygienic product that is packed to customer specification in a hygienic environment. If a customer is looking for a variety that has a specific size, shape or colour we will be able to locate the right variety that meets those specifications. We can provide fancy chillies for bottling, extraction grade chillies or regular chillies for grinding purpose. Whole chillies, crushed chillies and chilli powder can be offered based on bulk density for bottling. Crushed and ground chillies can further be customized to meet individual customer specifications in terms of colour, granulation, pungency and packing. Our expertise in chillies is unmatched in the trade. Our extensive expertise in the chilli trade, chilli varieties, growing conditions give us an unparalleled advantage. We offer turmeric in both whole and ground form. Our turmeric powder manufacturing facility is located in Theni which is strategically located close to the hilly growing regions of Kerala that are famed for the Allepey Finger Turmeric. The facility has an installed capacity of 1500 metric tons of turmeric powders.

We offer both whole dry ginger and ginger powder. We are among the very few processors of fresh ginger. We purchase fresh ginger directly from farmers. The fresh ginger is then washed, cleaned, peeled and dried to desired levels before further processing into ground ginger or exported as dry ginger.
