Swellex (Python bolts) are water expandable rock bolt range which act as friction bolts with superior product characteristics to meet the most demanding roof support applications. The high load-bearing capacity combined with excellent elongation properties ensure safer working conditions and faster excavation cycles for low costs. Python System binds effectively through fractures and fissures with its high load capacity. Elongation properties allow substantial movements of the rock without breaking of the bolt.

Panchvaktram Engineering offers Jennmar make Swellex bolts in 120kN, 160kN, 200kN and 240kN loads along with accessories. The bolts are available in 2m, 3m, 4m, 5m, 6m lengths.

FiReP POWERTHREAD is a system of FRP rock bolts and FRP injection tubes with advanced strength and head load. It was developed for strata support in mining and tunnelling as well as for slope and face stabilization.

Due to continuous coarse thread profiles the bolts and tubes can be trimmed if needed. The products have a high ultimate load and due to their profile they offer a maximum bondage with all grouting material. The cutting ability protects machinery and equipment and prevents damage to machinery and equipment while drifting and enlarging tunnels. The bolts and tubes have a high corrosion resistance under acid conditions and are well suited for permanent support.
