Brass/stainless steel sprinkler can also be supplied on request at extra cost. Paltech's fan is of aero dynamic design axial flow type to achieve high efficiency. The fan is made of adjustable aluminium alloy/frp blades to ensure large air flow at low static pressure, low noise level and is also corrosion free. Fan power consumption can be reduced by adjusting pitch angle of the fan blades. To reduce carry out losses through entrainment of moisture drops in the air stream by specially designed multi blade rotary drift eliminator made of frp/aluminium sheets and pvc round eliminators. Special, low rpm totally enclosed motors of vertical flange type with enlarged and threaded shaft with sealed top is supplied, with cooling tower. Fill consists of honeycomb pvc film type splash deck in modules with high resistance to corrosion and highly efficient for heat transfer with splash surface area of 149 m21m3. The fill is fire retardant and self extinguishing. Paltech's high efficiency fill for special application consists of a bonded assembly moulded with a wave form corrugation to create a vertical unobstructed air passageway giving a very low resistance to airflow. The hot water is raised by water riser and taken inside by a mshdg / pvc hot water header. Internal branch distribution pipes are fitted with non clogging nozzles connected to hot water header to achieve uniform water distribution over the entire fill. Thus making it totally maintenance free distribution system.
