In order to modernise the old system of producing chikkis on marble table tops, Leveling them with pins and cutting them with manually rotary cutters. This has been fully automizedFrom one side put the chikki mass in the extruder hopper and from other side the cut chikki bars come out.
The Process is as follows.A continuous produce rope is fed in the extruder hopper, the 1st extruder feeds a thickness sheet to the 2nd extruder, where a continuous sheet comes out the same is passed through the bank of gauging rollers, where the final thickness is achieved and clean sheet is formed.The sides are trimed in the gang cutter, where continuous ropes are coming out.This ropes are cut on a guillotine cutter with pre determined length (this length is achieved by servo motors) setting the bars are separated and fed directly on the flow pack wrapping machine in Pillow pack style.

1 - Mini HFP for small products line, jelly, small chocolate bars maximum packing length 100 mm speed 100 packs/min. |
2 HFP model PE 106 for medium size bars, maximum packing length 150 mm speed 150 to 175 packs/min. |

In HFP model PE 106 and PE 107, PLC based Servo driven machines are much better performers, speed and change over time is zero only by pressing the button on the MMI Screen the machines is set. |

1 HP motor with 1500 watts heater and Vibrator. Machine can be connected to single phase or 3 phase power supply.
Based on years of experience in flow pack wrapping style, this cut and wrap Machine, packing the cut product in pillow pack style has been developed.
The machine can Feed/Gauge and cut the rope of either Toffee or Bubble Gum and pack in pillow pack style. It can be attached to either an Extruder with Colling Tunnel or a batch roller with rope Size.
SALIENT FEATURES
Output up to 60 to 100 packs/mm depending upon the product finish and the packing material.
The flat lollipops are placed manually in the feeding disc, in-turn, they are picked up by the clippers in the lug chain. The Flats travels with 2 separate packing materials. The top paper has photo-cell actuation, while the bottom paper has continuous printing.
The flats are sealed on all 4 side leaving 6 mm gap near the stick
These sachets after packing go through the sealing rollers and rotary cutters where individual sachets are separated.
This roll presses the sheets making in even and dese the sizing of this sheet roll is chilled, but at an elevated temperature of 0 C Degree Centigrade. Here too roll and its bottom anvil roll has a separate drive geared motor and VFD to control its speed.
The State of Arts Cooling Tunnels fully stainless steel with proper PUF insulation with only 2 to 3% infiltration. They are so designed to keep the loses minimum, so the refrigeration tonnage is low and the RH is maintain in the region of 50 Degree and not exceeding 55 degree. The belt is of endless PU material with belt trackers and oil lubricator.
We have the provision making whole line upto 200 fts. (60 Mtrs.)As a salient feature, we provide refrigerated chiller bed below the conveyor belt, so that the material is cooled faster with the result the length of the cooling tunnel can be reduced with the result the length of the cooling tunnel can be reduced with the same performance, if the factory length is the constrain.
A bank of number of Cutters fixed on a common shaft moving on the anvil made of non-toxic engineering plastic the speed are so adjusted the sheet cuts in the ropes are neither goes down nor goes up individual ropes moves forward. This cutters are cleaned and lubricated constantly with special mechanism.
The cut ropes are spread on a rope spreading device so that there is a gap of at least 10mm between them.
The ropes coming from the gang cutter and rope spreading, they are cut longitunaly The preset length of the bars are cut by the action guilotine which operates pneumatically
The length of (stroke) the bars are adjusted by PLC (Programmable Logic Control) which in turn drives the Servo motors
The bank of bars coming out from the Guilotine cutter are filled in a tray automatically, no sooner one tray gets filled it moves fast to make room for the other tray.
It is fully automatic Photo cell PLC controlled Outputs 100 to 120 pops/min depending upon the products and the packing material.
The products to placed in the hopper through Vabratony feed the pops are fed in the revolving feeding disc, with the help of three rotating brushes, the pop sticker goes and sits in the clip type lug conveyor, which carries them is the twisting head, two proxy switches are install near this conveyor so that no pop, no paper
The packing material is fed from rear side, the scanning head senses the photo cell mark, a solenoid stop the paper driving roll, the rotary knife cut the paper and is placed properly before the pop. A rotary cradle take the pop and paper in the twisting head, where a small amount heat is applied so that the twist does not get re-opened

It is either 2 rolls or 3 rolls unit operating at sub zero temperature, going rights-up-15 Degree Centigrade; our chilling system is unique. We do not use brined chilled water, but direct expansion refrigeration gas, which is highly efficient and operates at very low tonnage and no capital investments of chiller tanks/pumps long heavily insulated pipe lines. The speed of these drum can be set independently as they have individual drives and A/C invertors (VFD)
1. For 4 track machine the maximum width of the pouch will be upto 60 mm and length uptoo 100 mm
2. For 2 track machine the maximum width of the pouch will be upto 240 and length upto 300 mm
The advantage of these machines over single track, that gives 2 to 6 at a time of a small Sachets upto 150 ml or 150 gms.
