PSL facility to fabricate structural steel components is one of the best facilities available in India with latest CNC machines for profile cutting, drilling, sawing and welding.  This plant can fabricate any type of steel supporting   structure required for Industrial Projects, Bridges, Viaducts and Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB). The CNC machines are capable to carry out all main operations involved in structural steel fabrication in one single phase with optimization in material handling and production with accuracy.  The equipments for structural steel fabrication include CNC operated H Beam Line, CNC cutting, CNC drilling, CNC band sawing lines, TIG/MIG and SAW welding machines. Customers :  BHEL, L&T MHI, Thermax, Cethar Vessels Ltd. (For Boiler Support Structures) Indian Railways: Railway Bridge Girders PSL is currently executing two major orders of Indian Railway for 45.7 meter and 61.0 meter span Open Web Girders (Riveted as well as Welded). PSL will also erect these Girders at site.

 PSL actuated to establish itself in execution of specialized sheet metal plate and special purpose vehicle fabrication.PSL facility is equipped with various machines needed for Sheet metal fabrication including Hydraulic presses (Up to 2500 MT capacity) Break presses (Up to 160 MT capacity), Shearing machines (for handling thickness up to 12 mm and width, E.O.T cranes (5, 10 and 20 MT capacity) and Hydraulic mobile cranes (Up to 12 tone capacity).  

Hydraulic Modular Trailer Division    PSL has entered into a technical collaboration with Shanghai Fulangjie Import & Export Company Limited (A subsidiary of Hubei Tiandi Heavy Duty Industrial Group Co. Ltd. of China) for manufacturing and marketing of Special Purpose Modular Trailers and Shipyard Transporters used in transportation of mega construction equipments and Over Dimensional Cargos.  Shanghai Fulangjie Import & Export Company Limited brand TJ is a fast growing brand in China, in last decade we have successfully exported our product to more than 20 countries, including France, Poland, Holland, UK, Australia, Malaysia, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Dubai, Kenya, Tanzania, Morocco, Mozambique, Sudan, etc. with a view to meet different demands of the market, TJ has worked out TJV1 - 2990 modular trailer, TJV1K-3400 modular trailer, TJV2 – 2990 modular trailer, TJV3 – 3000 modular trailer (Slewing bearing type).  Our Hydraulic Modular Trailer consists of detachable steering header, Hydraulic Bogie, Coupling parts etc. The suspension features 3 or 4 point support system.
