Recently we have developed cleaning system for Glass bottle mould cleaning & same systems successfully installed & commissioned in India, for the leading glass bottle manufacturing Co. We have developed an innovative, faster molecular cleaning system compared to existing traditional sand blasting process. Having 7 tank processes, with high power ultrasonic, which containing alkaline & mild acidic chemicals.The entire system including material handling baskets etc is controlled by PLC.Advantages is saving the raw material due to unchanged dimensions of the mould cavity & maintain smooth flow of forming glass inside the mould, if compared with altered roughness of mould due to sand blasting. OERATING PRINCIPLE---- High frequency vibrations are produced by the velocity horn- generally made out of S.S.316, which is immersed in the liquid to be processed. These vibrations produced millions of microscopic vacuum bubbles. Which form and implode at a high rate. The normal frequency is twenty-two thousand cycles per second. This phenomenon is known as a CAVITATION. Cavitation gives rise to intense local pressure waves & micro streaming of the liquid around the point of collapses. This in turn leads to high shear gradients that are responsible for the chemical process such as homogenization. Spinneretts

For cleaning of spinneretts or pack assemblies/candle, a two-stage cleaning system is necessary. The first stage, known as precleaning, entails the removal of polymeric material or the reduction of this material to an ash. In many instances, this precleaning stage completely removes the polymeric materials. However, materials such as carbon residue or titanium dioxide are inert to the pyrolysis or volatilization process and must be removed by other methods. In the past, fine drills, broaches, or wires were used to remove this inert matter, but because of the damage caused to the spinneretts by using these methods, an alternative method had to be found.
