Thorough mixing is achieved over a short length of material flow with the Spiro flow ITS inline twin screw continuous proportional blender. It is steplessly adjustable for any blend ratio and is designed for use with any free-flowing, granular, flake or pelleted materials. Accuracy of the Spiro flow ITS is to 2%, depending on material and application, making it suitable for a wide range of uses in the food, chemical, building products and other process industries specifications.

Ribbon Blender comprises of a U-shaped horizontal trough and a specially designed Double Helical Ribbon Agitator rotating within. Ribbon Blenders are based on a proven agitator construction that provides a triple mixing action ensuring fast, efficient blending. An alternate design is the paddle agitator. A ribbon agitator consists of a set of inner and outer helical agitators. The outer ribbon moves materials in one direction and the inner ribbon moves the materials in the opposite direction.

The Bucket Elevator is designed as a frame construction with bolted cover plates, manufactured by either stainless steel or painted mild steel.

The buckets are suspended in continuing hollow chains that are pulled by a gear motor installed at the top horizontal arm and located on the outside of the steel plates.

The material inlet is located at the lower horizontal arm and is consisting of a vibration feeder and brushing devises that provide continues and consistent flow of the material to the buckets.

The unit is mounted with inspection hatches for service and maintenance. There is a draw in the lower section allowing for easy cleaning.

We offer Mango Cube cutting machine to cut the Slices into cube form (19 mm X19mm) for Pickle purpose. It can cut 2tonn 3tonn 4tonn 5tonn Kg of Slices in an hour. And it runs with 5 HP geared motor. All material of contact in SS304.
