To produce Shell mould by Gravity dumping of Resin sand. proven sturdy and job rated equipment, heavy-duty plates and sections, The reduction gearbox and Brake Motor drive the machine by heavy duty chains. Ejection mechanism is operated by a pneumatic cylinder. The top heating oven is operated by pneumatic cylinder. Heaters also provided under the pattern plate. Vibrating knockout machine is rigid in construction to sustain and to transmit the vibration to the molding box. Vibration is by electric motor through belt drive or by VIBROMETER. Vibration is controlled by unbalanced weights provided on each side of spindle. The separated sand from the molding box effectively, falls on the grid and flows to the bottom conveyor of sand plant. It stops the breakage of mould box and increases life.

SAND DRIER

We manufacture and supply sand drier with rigid construction body with interchangeable type wheels. Inner and outer chamber having screw flights to convey the sand. Burner chamber having standard burner. Blower with motor and burner unit. The drying chamber of sand dryer rotating by either gear or friction drive rollers and connected by standard gear box with motor.
