Om Make K-Rated Transformers are specially designed to with stand this Harmonic non-linear load K-rating differs according to the harmonic levels like K-1, K-4, K-7, K-13, K-20, K-30, K-40, K- factor is defined as a ratio between the harmonic & eddy current losses at 50Hz / 60Hz It is used to determine how much non-linear Harmonic load / current can with stand transformer to without exceeding it maximum temperature level. The noise Isolation transformer Suppresses common mode noise by introducing a grounded shield between its primary and secondary windings. The grounding shield provide also impendence path to ground by capacitive coupling which prevents unwanted high frequency signals contained in the source voltage form reaching the Transformer secondary.

DRY TYPE LIGHTING TRANSFORMERWe offer our premium quality Lighting Transformer. The primary supply in Lighting Transformer is connected to higher voltage source and secondary supply to load & neutral grounding connector.
RESIN CAST LIGHTING TRANSFORMEROm makes Dry type Lighting Transformer is complete encapsulation of primary and secondary winding in Epoxy resin. It helps to prevent penetration of moisture into coils. The cast resin offers very good protection against adverse ambient conditions. These transformers can work without disruption of service at 100% humidity.
Due to the high grade Insulation material, coil are non-hygroscopes & the Transformer can be switched or directly without pre drying even after a long period of services interruption. The insulation material used is glass fiber reinforced with epoxy resin of class 'F' which can with stand wide temperature variation transformer is practically non-inflammable by an electrical are special fire protection measures are not required.

Exciter OEM's relay on us to design transformer that address the issue of aaplication heating from harmonics, field forcing conditions. And high available short circuit forms the generator bus. OM also provides drive isolation transformer for variable speed drive applications. There units called push transformer. Om make Isolation Transformer is a device which used to decouple two circuits. The load comes to the Isolation Transformer and to the input supply Isolation Transformer suppresses electrical noises which occur in transmission line. Any Isolation Transformer blocks transmission of DC signal form one circuit to other and allow AC signal to transmit. It also prevents interference cost by ground looping. Isolation Transformer is constructed with two isolated faraday shields between the primary and secondary winding. The use of two shields in the construction of the transformer diverts high frequency noise, which would they occur. The two shields provide more effective isolation of the primary and secondary circuits by also isolating their grounds.
