Functional Requirements :The Can washer will be used for drip draining , washing, sterilizing and drying standard milk cans and lids.(Alumium constuction of 40 ltr capacity)

Constructed with stainless steel , can scrubbers are used for cleaning 40 ltr aluminium /SS milk cans.The can scrubber has body immersion tank of tank 400 ltr capacity and is equipped with four special Garvare Bristol Brushes aet suitable for 40 liters cans.

this machine is used for mixer of pickel with the spices and oil etc.it also blend the material .it is bottom discharge machine, how ever this can be tilting type also provided as for client requirment.

Drive chain for the can conveyor is guided in a guide channel.

This is used for floor cleaning .Water id being hot by steam and pressure of steam will help to clean the floor.NRV and Ball valves for steam and water will br provided.Barrel , mounting plate and pipe hanger are made form SS 304 Size 1/2"BSP AND 3/4"BSP are available.

the ss 304 ghee boiler that we supply in the market is used in dairies for seperating the ghee from the cheese .these ghee boiler are very effectual for bulk boiling of large amount of ghee at the same time .we make them available in 500, 1000, 1500, and 2000 lt only.

For 40 liter Alumium or SS milk storage can top lid are jam during transportation .This lid opener is made as per IS :1825.This is an motorized unit taper wedge as used for the lid opening .This wedges are covered by PVC/Teflon to avoid LID Damage.This is with simple mechanism to open the top lid of 40 liters milk can.

Can Steaming Block is used for rinse and sterilized in side of the 40 liters capacity milk can of SS or Aluminium .Hot water followed by live steam at 3 kg /cm sq.pressure.It is manualy foot operated block.
