Okuma India was setup in March 2007 with joint venture between Okuma Corporation (Japan) and Mitsui & Co. Ltd. (Japan) to address the rapidly growing Indian market with advanced technical and service support. From October 2010 Okuma India became a 100% subsidiary of Okuma Corporation, Japan.
