Hinged Non Weld Bow Spring Centralizer

Hinged Non-Weld Bow Spring Centralizer Designed for high restoring force combined with low starting force for centralizing the casing pipe in vertical, deviated and horizontal wells. High performance characteristics are combined with easy field assembly Bow springs are of high quality alloy steel, hot bent to shape using dies and then heat treated under controlled temp time cycles for consistent spring characteristics. Collars are of widened design for greater frame strength and to prevent bows hitting casing. Integral hinges are designed to wrap to the inside and are with eight sections and seven shear points for minimum disorientation even under severe stress. Hinge locking pins are of high strength steel for maximum structural strength. Bows can be configured for any hole dia from choice of five standard bow heights for optimum starting and restoring forces. Compatibility of the bows with various end collar sizes reduces inventory requirements and provides tremendous flexibility of casing and hole size combinations. . They are available in 2 78 to 20 sizes. Any special sizes or combination can available on request.

Casing Roller Centralizer OMRC

There are five to six spiral bars. Two rollers are installed on each of the bar. The rollers axis is perpendicular to the centralizers Axis. The rollers envelope outside diameter is slightly larger than the centralizer bars outside diameter.The rollers envelope inside diameter is slightly larger than the centralizer bars inside diameter. The friction between the casing and the borehole changes from sliding friction to rolling friction when the casing equipped with roller rigid casing centralizers run into the inclined section or the horizontal section. This can reduce the friction force between the casing and the borehole wall and we can run the casings to the reserved position successfully. When the hole diameter is irregular, the borehole ball should have an impact force on the spiral centralizer during running casings.The roller can reduce the impact. The spiral centralizer can make the mud and the slurry form bumpy flow to wash false filter cakes out and improve Displacement efficiency, the bonding strength of the slurry and the borehole wall, and cementing quality.
