It is a high alumina fired product. It shows less erosion in regular LCMCHC, It is a high alumina fired tar impregnated product. It shows less erosion in regular LCMCHC & gives higher life with high casting time. This is a alumina carbon product. It has high spalling resistance and less bore erosion in comparison to high alumina fired product and gives higher life with high casting time. This product is suitable for high Mn steel, LCMCHC, stainless steel and alloy steel
Composite type shrouds with superior corrosion resistant material in slag zone and spalling resistant material in body for longer sequence casting, With steel encasing in neck area for additional strength, Y-shaped shroud for neck strengthening & reducing N2 pick up.
Portland slag cement is manufactured by intergrinding Portland cement clinker, gypsum and Blust furnace granulated slag. It is also manufactured by blending OPC with ground Granulated Blast furnace slag through mechanical blenders.
