Ultramarine Violets
Ultramarine Violets are mostly used in Plastics to reduce the yellowish tendency of some resins and to provide brightness to white-colored Plastics. They can also be used to provide a violet shade to all sort of Plastic parts. As Ultramarine Blues, they lack metamerism; therefore they do not change color in function of the iluminant.
Ultramarine pinks provide very similar performance to ultramarine violets, with even more reddish shade. 90c ultramarine pink is mostly used to reach pinky shades in plastics. Its low tinting strength can become advantageous vs organic pigments because it provides a very transparent pink shade with little color saturation. It is also very suitable to combine with effect pigments to reach unique color effects too.
The nubifer 5000 series are micronized iron oxides manufactured with a special process that minimizes the presence of agglomerates. The nubifer 5000 series provide higher performance vs conventional iron oxides mostly because of its higher dispersibility, narrower particle size distribution and lower sieve residue.
We are offering nubifer y 7050.Yellow iron oxides are not heat resistant and can only be used below 180c-190c. At such temperature, the goethite structure of the yellow iron oxides turns into the hematite structure characteristic of the red iron oxides. Therefore a color change from yellow to red is clearly observed.
We are offering nubifer k series.Regarding coloristics, zinc ferrites are tan color pigments, slightly redder than yellow iron oxides. Nubifer y-805k is redder than nubifer y-905k.
nubicrom 02 is a high-dispersion micronized chrome oxide green manufactured with a special process that minimizes the presence of agglomerates. nubicrom 02 provides higher performance vs conventional chrome oxide greens mostly because of its higher dispersibility, narrower particle size distribution and lower sieve residue. therefore customers will be able to load more pigment in their masterbatches and to achieve a better performance of their products in end use e.g. especially in critical applications like thin films.
The smm grades are micronized products that provide a good balance between performance and price. They are easy-to-disperse, have a narrow particle size distribution and have a low sieve residue.
Nubiterm k series are manufactured with a special encapsulation technology that provides them with heat fastness up to 300c (5 min). This allows customers to use them in most of polymers.
The r series are highly stabilized chrome yellows recommended for plastics applications that require:a heat fastness of 220c-240c (5 min), andoran enhanced acidor weather fastness vs conventional chrome yellows.
We are offering bismuth vanadates nubivan y-901 is a lead- and chrome-free inorganic pigment which provides a greenish yellow shade. It is classified as a non-hazardous inorganic pigment. the greenish yellow color has been classified as pigment yellow 184c.i. 771740 (bismuth vanadates) by the colour index system. Its basic chemical composition is bivo4 bismuth vanadates have been widely used in the plastics and coatings industries because of their outstanding weather and light fastness and good acid and alkali resistance.
Zinc ferrites have been able to reach a niche market in plastics because of its enhanced heat-fastness vs yellow iron oxides. Nubifer y-805k stands up to 300c (5 min) and nubifer y-905k, up to 260c (5 min).
