It is designed to protect EHT wires from heat in Tvs and Monitors. Its keeps high voltage wires away from other components. Its flexible leg design eases wire insertion and inner leg surrounding wire allows for a positive fit.
It is a one piece pressure sensitive adhesive clamp designed to reduce the time spent on electrical and electronic wiring installation and to provide a system which is absolutely foolproof, simple, safe and permanent in operation. It is widely used for securing wires and cables, or fixing and holding capacitors and electronic components of various sizes, diameters and shapes. The Ladder style fastening method can be released and easily refastened. It Can be mounted in two ways, using adhesive tape backing or screw - in. Available for Cable bundle diameter ranging from 5 to 35 mm.

A practical, fast way to mount any size of flat ribbon cable. These adhesive backed, or screw mounted clips securely hold flat or ribbon cables. Cables can be removed for rerouting or replacement if desired. Can accommodate stacked cables too. Its flexible tension range can hold more than one ribbon cable.

This Fir Tree push clamp is uniquely designed to secure cables / pipes to chassis' by just pushing the clip through a hole dia of 6.8 mm and a panel thickness range of 0.7 - 11 mm without the aid of any fixing tool. Once clamped down, the internal locking feature engages to provide very strong retention force to offset both direct vertical and side to side load forces. The extended Fir Tree allows for a wide range of panel thickness. The staggered Fir Tree branch design provides low insertion forces and high extraction forces.
APPLICATION :The clip finds application in wire harness, automotive trucking and heavy equipment manufacturing industries.
