North Star Style-103 is universal packing suitable for valves, pumps & agitators in most of medium. It is specially designed for dynamic condition. Extra lubrication reduces frictional factor. It is extremely suitable for handling corrosive gases, acid & alkalis, ammonia, hydrocarbons & chemical products.

Asbestos Self Lubricated Graphite Packing is braided from high grade asbestos yarn suitably lubricated and reinforced with stainless steel wire. This is an ideal choice for high temperature valve application and is suitable for service with steam, butane and propane gases, oil vapour, furnace oil etc. Please state when spindlerod is Stainless steel.

PTFE Valve Packing is made from 100% virgin PTFE yarns with self- lubricating content for superior heat dissipation. It replaces ceramic yarn packing and radiation seals on BOS plant, and ceramic packings and vessel lid seals on secondary steelmaking plant.

It is thoroughly impregnated with graphite base dispersion incorporation with sacrificial metal corrosion inhibitor. The soft expanded graphite fibers are secured by strong alloy steel wire which ensures flexibility for wrapping around diameter of spindle & shaft. Moreover it can withstand high temperature & pressure also.
