ALL PAPER ARE ARRANGED IN MOST ACCESSIBLE WAY THUS MAKING OPERATION AND ADJUSTMENT VERY SIMPLE AND QUICK SO THAT EVEN AN UNSKILLED LABOUR CAN EASILY OPERATE THE MACHINE SUCCESSFULLY. THE CHANGE OF SIZE IS VERY EASY AND CAN BE DONE IN A FEW MINUTES TIME. THE MACHINE IS SUPPLIED WITH ONE SIZE PLATE AND ONE SIZE GEARS TO MANUFACTURE ONE SIZE OF PAPER BAG. DIFFERENT SIZE PLATES & SIZE GEARS FOR FLAT AND SATCHEL BAGS ARE AVAILABLE AT AN EXTRA COST. MILL REELS UPTO 34 DIA AND 34 WIDTH CAN BE ACCOMMODATED OF THE MACHINE. THE WIDTH OF THE PAPER REEL TO BE FED ON THE MACHINE CAN BE CALCULATED AS UNDER.FLAT BAGS TWICE THE BAG WIDTH PLUS 2 CM FOR CENTRE SEAM.SATCHEL BAGS TWICE THE BAG WIDTH PLUS 4 TIMES DEPTH OF GUSSET PLUS 2 CM FOR CENTRE SEAM.
BAG FORMATION :THE REQUIRED SIZE OF BAG IS OBTAINED BY FIXING THE EXACT SIZE PLATEFOR FLAT OR SATCHEL TO THE SIZE PLATE HOLDER AND THE LENGTH OF THE TUBE IS OBTAINEDBY CHANGING THE SIZE GEAR WHEEL, EACH TOOTH OF WHICH, REPRESENTS ONE CENTIMETER ININ LENGTH, THE TUBING AFTER BEING CUT BY THE BEATER INTO EXACT SIZE AS PER THE SIZE GEARIS CARRIED FORWARD BY MEANS OF CONVEYOR ROLLERS TO THE DELIVERY CYLINDER.
THE DELIVERY CYLINDER :IS ALSO THE BOTTOM FOLDING SAND PASTING CYLINDERAS THE BOTTOM FOLD IS MADE IS THE BAG IT IS PASTED AND THE BAG IS CARRIEDBY THE FOLDING CYLINDER TO THEDELIVERY TABLE WHERE IT IS RELEASEDAND DELIVERED IN A VERTICAL STACK.

The oblique high speed model offers a high rate of production and enhanced efficiency. The flute rollers mounted on the roller bearings, for smoother running and longer life, impart the proper impression on the board. Dancing rolls are provided to eliminate the effect of improper winding of paper on the finished product. The machine is provided with motorized self loading twin shaft reel stand with 3 unwinding shafts. Shaftless hydraulic reel stand is recommended for this machine. The machine is to be heated by steam, Two preheating cylinders are provided with the machine.

Electromagnetic Clutch & Break System

Dwell Timing Device
This timing device inDie Cutting Machinecan be set to give a variable period from 0.5 to 10 seconds. During this time the platen remains stationary in the open position before automatically resuming motion at the end of the set dwell period. This is a particularly useful feature where feeding work requires a fine register or when large or difficult sheets are being fed which would otherwise have to be run using the single impression procedure. This device can increase output to more than double that of a machine on single impression working and can also be of great assistance during the training of an operator. This model differs from pedal controlled machines being driven by Electro Magnetic Clutch & Brake Unit and Training Control Dwell.
Safety in the Machine
All moving parts onDie Cutting Machineare protected by approved safety guards. A special feature is the patented guard which protects the operator from the moving block. Should any object come between the moving block and this guard, a slight backward movement of the guard will occur stopping the moving block immediately and isolating the starting mechanism. Until the Guard is moved forward by hand the machine remains dead and isolated from any attempt to actuate it through the starting mechanism.

The vertical model is sturdy in construction, simple to operate and easy to handle. The flute roller, mounted on roller bearings for smoother running and longer life, impart the proper impression on the board. The machine is provided with manual operated twin shaft reel stand. The heaters are provided for the appropriate conversion of paper to 2-ply. The variable speed motor shown is not standard with the machine but is recommended, at an additional cost.

This machine is utilized for evenly setting of the corrugated sheets processed on the pasting machine. This ensures removal of air bubble, thus producing an even board without damaging the flutes. The machine is provided with two limit switches and reversing starter to avoid any chances of accident. Hydraulic model is also available at extra cost.

High velocity with two chambers, incorporating slot/nozzle dryer system with idler roller at right angle to the impinging hot air for drying, along with recirculation & exhaust system.
