This Instrument are a pressure transmitter available in 4 . 20 mA current loop or in voltage output signal versions. This transmitter offers a very high accuracy over a wide temperature range, an excellent repeatability and very long term stability.
The piezo-resistive silicon sensor is anodic bonded on a very stable glass base, which is attached to a stainless steel construction. This assembly guaranties an excellent thermal isolation.

The sensor is isolated from the process by a stainless steel diaphragm (1.4435 / 316L) and a filling liquid. The electronics is located within the hermetically sealed transmitter housing which give the Instrument an excellent resistance to shock and vibration. Protection class IP 68.
Because these are small and submersible is universally suitable for all kinds of hydrostatic level measurements. It is the ideal product for environments such as in the food and beverage industries, water level measurement and all kind of standard industrial and processing applications.

Ultrasonic Level Transmitters / Indicators are suitable for measuring the Level if fluid in the tank by non contact method.

• The Transmitter works on Sound Waves and the out put from the same ( 4 to 20 mA) is given to a Digital level Indicator.
• The instrument is suitable for Foam Free and fumes Free material only.
• The type of Transmitters are 2 wire type and 3/4 wire type.

Capacitance type Digital Level Indicators are used for all types of liquids (without Moisture, Fumes and Foam)

Details :

• This instrument works on principle of change in Capacitance between two metallic surfaces.
• The Sensing Probe would be SS rod coated with PTFE and the Metallic Tank would be considered as Reference.

• We have the Capacitance type Level Transmitter suitable even to operate in non-metallic tanks
