Nissiwood pressure sensitive adhesive backed veneers are made from a microthin layer of wood veneer with a layer of adhesive. These printable (PSA) pressure sensitive adhesive backed veneers are available in 2 thicknesses of 400 microns (0.4mm 0.016”) and 550 microns (0.55mm 0.022”). Two different varieties of the (PSA) pressure sensitive adhesive backed veneers are made, making it suitable for permanent bonding used for products like bottle labels and removable bond for products like mobile phone backing and laptop covers. Adhesive backed stickers in 400 microns thickness are compatible with many digital printers and can be easily printed even in curved passage. Flatbed digital printing is recommended for (PSA) pressure sensitive adhesive backed veneers in 600 microns thickness. Nissiwood removable (PSA) pressure sensitive adhesive backed veneers are used to make products like wooden iphone backers, laptop skins etc. Including the release paper, these wood stickers are a bit thick before releasing. These are packed 40 sheets in a box for safe transport as well as storage. A dual process is followed in the manufacture of adhesive backed veneers for achieving a quality that is free from wrinkles due to stability of moisture.

Wood rulers can be made from 1.6 mm thick multilayer wood, again with corporate logos that can be left behind as complimentary. Wooden envelopes and wooden letterheads can be made from our regular 250 micron paperback veneers. These wood letterheads can be printed using any desktop printers including inkjet printers without bleeding of ink. Spiral bound notepads with wooden cover using 1.6 mm thick wood are a great option provided by Nissiwood. A more economical version is the paperback veneer masked note book covers and diary covers in wooden stationery.
