Graphite is one of the costly materials used in Industrial Applications. We are cutting the Graphite blocks solidly to remove the unwanted portion which can be used for other application with minimum cutting wastage 1.2mm.Till now we have cut the Graphite block of size 1000 x 750 x 240mm.  The following images show the cutting the Graphite in 120 degrees to remove 100mm dia 3 nos.  from a round of 180mm dia x 300mm length.

This is the aluminium plate of size 1250 x 2500 x 250 mm thick .We are cutting the plate with circular saw and on vertical band saw machine.

We are capable of cutting steel and CI casting for Destructive Testing. The internal sizes   cannot be inspected unless and until is cut at the different sections. The images show the castings cut at the different sections as per the customer requirements.

We can cut aluminium plates of different thickness of size 4 feet  x 8 feet size. We are having 8 no. of the vertical band saw machines we can cut aluminum plates in different profiles. Circles up to 1500mm dia and thickness upto 100 mm can be easily cut. In the following images the different types of aluminum cutting are shown. Till now we have cut the circle cutting of size 1500mm dia and 100 mm thick Aluminum plate.

 

• This is an Aluminum-2014 black of size 155 x 155 x 120 mm which is cut in such a manner to save material as solid block
• Aluminium plates cutting into 5 pieces. Aluminium plate of size 450 x 250 x85 mm thick cut in centre length wise and the one-half of the piece is further cut into five pieces of size 450 x 125 x 16 mm.
• 3600 x 200 x 75 mm Aluminium plate length wise cutting
• 75 mm thick Aluminium cutting in profile.
• The solid portion has been removed to make use for other purpose.
• Aluminium plate cut in L –Shape cutting.
• 70 mm thick plated cut into different rings.

We can cut Aluminium plates up to a size of 1250 x 2500 x 250 mm thick plate. Depend upon the block size the thickness will vary up to 450mm. We are having 8 no. of vertical band saw machines we can cut Aluminium plates in different profiles

• 80 dia round Aluminium rod half cutting.

In  most of the industrial application, Gunmetal and Phosphor bronze material is used as the bush bearing applications. On the huge diameter die shafts, the bushes are assembled after splitting into two half. The following images show the cutting of such bushes with a minimum of cutting wastages.
