Vibrating  Screen – Nishi Techno Sys vvibrating Screen working on the principle of maximum linear movement with small vertical movement. These parameters creates due to unbalance forces generated between two unbalance motors rotating in opposite direction. Vibrating screens mostly used in where biggeer size of material separate from fine material we can offer vibrating screens upto 35000 Kgs./Hr. Working Principle  - 

• The top weight on the motor shaft rotates in a plane close to the centre of the mass of assembly. Rotation of the top eccentric weights creates vibration in the horizontal plane which causes material to move across the screen cloth to periphery increasing the horizontal throw, causing oversize material to discharge at a faster rate.
• The bottom eccentric weight rotates below the centre of mass creating tilt on the screen giving vibration in vertical and tangential plane. Increasing the vertical component of motion, this promotes turn over of material on the screen surface helping maximum quantity of undersize material to pass through the screen. Rugged Springs placed over the circular motor base amplifies the vibration

Rotary Screen can be used in both application Solid : Solid Separation and Solid - Liquid Separation.Rotary Screens consist of a rotating cylindrical drum supported on four heavy-duty polyurethane Soft metal support rollers in the case of the three, five and seven module units. The drum is of a tubular space frame made of square tube pipe with perforated screen frame or wire mesh frame. Construction of machine with SS304 Contact parts.
