Bearings

We offer a complete product range of roller ball bearing, Ball Roller Bearings, Cylindrical Bearing, Taper Roller Bearings and Ball Bearings

Roller Ball Bearing

Tapered Roller Bearings consist of Inner Ring, Outer Ring, Tapered Rollers, and Cage. The taper angles allow the bearing to handle both radial and thrust loads. The main feature of these bearings is that the action line of the resulting load through the rollers forms an angle with the geometric axis of the bearing, which is why these bearings are especially suitable for supporting significant combined loads (in radial and axial directions). We at NBP can provide customized bearings to further enhance performance in demanding applications.

Ball Roller Bearings

A Ball Bearing is a type of rolling-element bearing that uses balls to maintain the separation between the moving parts of the bearings - the inner and outer part of the bearings. The purpose of a Ball Bearing is to reduce rotational friction and support radial and axial loads. Ball Bearings are of simple design, durable in operation and easy to maintain. They are available in single and double row designs and in open and sealed variants. Due to their low frictional torque, they are suitable for high speeds. NBP manufactures a wide range of both Metric and Inch Series Deep Groove Ball Bearings, Angular Contact Ball Bearings, Self-Aligning Ball Bearings among others, including Thermo Mechanical Bearings (TMB) for longer life and special heat-treated bearings for dimensional stability at high temperatures.

Cylindrical Bearing

The Cylindrical Roller Bearings consist of Inner Ring, Outer Ring, Cylindrical Rollers, and Cage. These bearings are used in applications which have high radial loads combined with high speed. It is easy to fit and dismantle them as they can be taken apart. The bearings are very rigid, thus they can support high radial loads. These bearings are also suitable for higher speeds due to the cage compared to the full complement designs.

Needle Roller Bearings

Needle Roller Bearings are a bearing that is classified as either radial or thrust depending on the direction of the load being supported. Needle Roller Bearings include bearings whose rollers slightly exceed the size range of needle rollers as stipulated by ISO. Needle Roller Bearings include drawn cup and solid radial bearings, as well as application-specific cam followers, and roller followers. Thrust Bearings include Thrust Needle Bearings.
