BeltPro Vulcanizing Presses offer quality equipment designed for trouble-free operation in the harshest conditions. Our presses are easy to set-up and operate.
Presses are built to provide uniform heating and pressure across the entire splice area, with heating up to 350F (180C) and specific pressure up to 200 psi (14kg/cm2). Its quick heating and Integrated Cooling enable short splicing cycles cutting downtime.
They are designed to be used stand-alone or in combination with other BeltPro presses to cover larger splice lengths or widths.
All vulcanizing presses are designed to customers requirements for belt widths, splice lengths, combinations, voltages, configurations, etc.
Conveyor belt decoilers are used for installing belts. They are also used in conjunction with coilers and splicing stations to enable quick and easy replacement of conveyor belts. Coilers & Decoilers are manufactured with various types of platforms and drive configurations to suit specific applications. Special bearing arrangement permits easy removal and placement of the shaft loaded with the belt drum.

BeltPro QuickLag is an ideal solution for lagging of pulleys. Its easy slide system allows users to quickly install new lagging, as well as replace worn out strips.
QuickLag offers higher adhesion to the drum as it is hot lagged versus the cold lagging process normally employed at site. No specialists needed, hence replacement can be done at short notice.
With various grades of rubber, BeltPro QuickLag offers you the ideal product to provide better coefficient of friction at Drive pulleys. It also protects the Pulley and the Conveyor belt from damage.
QuickLag consists of strips of Rubber bonded to a steel backing plate which is specially formed to fit flush against the surface of various pulley diameters. These plates are designed to slide in and out of retainers which are welded or bolted to the face of the pulley.
BeltPro Wear Pads are ideal protection for transfer points and chute lining. It consists of 1 or 2 Rubber with a steel backing plate. They are ideal for uses in areas of high impact.
BeltPro Wear Pads are bolted in place. Plug Rubber pieces which are provided are used to cover the bolt holes.
Special Rubber Compounding provides longer life using high abrasion resistant rubber.

NIPL Hot Vulcanizing Solution is formulated as a liquid vulcanizing agent suitable for rubber bonding purposes. It can be used for belt splicing, pulley lagging, rubber lining and general hot rubber bonding. Special agents are added to enhance bond strength and improve ozone resistance. It is suitable in a press or autoclave bonding application and in general rubber moulding.
