Plug Valve

The Plug Valves offered by us are also called cock or stopcock valves. The Plug Valves remain one of the most widely used valves for both on/off and throttling services. Their design is fairly simple, the body is comprised of three main parts: body, cover, and plug. The plug is a cylindrical, tapered, or generally cone-shaped device that can be raised or lowered within the seat to maintain, restrict, or completely shut off flow. The valve is opened by rotation, with the plug itself being the only element that is capable of movement. Early models of plug valves used metal-to-metal seals that were no lubricated. This design is still used, but problems with galling and sticking limit their usefulness. The use of lubricant between the plug face and the seat eliminates most of these problems. The lubricant helps to control leakage around the plug, reduces wear between the valve contact surfaces, and slightly lifts the plug to reduce the operating torque required to operate the valve.

Dual Plate Check Valve

The Dual Plate Check Valve is an all purpose non return valve that is stronger, lighter in weight, and smaller in size, compared to the conventional swing check valve or lift check valve. The Dual Plate Check Valve design is an outcome of attempts to solve the problems associated with conventional swing check valve and lift check valve. The Dual Plate Check Valve employs two-spring-loaded plates hinged on a central hinge pin. When the flow decreases, the plates close by the action of torsion spring before flow reversal takes place. This design offers the twin advantages of No Water Hammer and Non Slam simultaneously. All features put together make the Dual Plate Check Valve as the most efficient & versatile design.

Butterfly Valve

The Butterfly Valve offered by us are the best used in the industry and the range varies from wafer type lift & swing type non return valve. The Butterfly Valves are provided with properly guided swing disc through a hinge. The hinge and swivel disc are connected, maintaining sufficient flexibility for smooth and efficient sealing. Globe Valve

The Globe Valve offered by us are meticulously designed and provided with threaded replaceable seat having full flow area ensures smooth flow and reduces pressure drop across the valve to minimum. Weld deposited seat, high temperature packing material are provided for superheated steam and high temperature oil &fluids, to ensure trouble free service and longer life. A properly machined and lapped backseat facilitates replacement of gland packing when valve is in full stream. The Globe Valves are available with On-Off disc, control disc and parabolic disc designs. Though normal production restricts up to 400 NB, tailor-made globe valves in larger sizes, higher-pressure ratings, and special material of construction are also entertained.

Gate Valve

The Gate Valve offered by us conforms to API-600 and 6D and provide with smooth machined full bore. Full opening of wedge eliminates additional pressure drop across the valve. Long screwed-in replaceable seat rings ensure perfect tightness for a longer period of service. In case of high temperature and high-pressure valves seat rings are either integral with body or seal-welded for maximum perfection and safely. The Gate Valves are provided with properly machined and lapped backseat to facilitate replacing of gland packing in stream while fully open. Availability of solid wedge designs offers maximum option for suitable selection. Gasket and gland packing material are desired considering service condition like temperature, corrosion, pressure/vacuum, and other applications. Needle Valve

Our Needle Valve has a slender, tapered point at the end of the valve stem that is lowered through the seat to restrict or block flow. Fluid flowing through the valve turns 90 degrees and passes through an orifice that is the seat for a rod with a cone shaped tip. The Needle Valves are widely used to accurately regulate the flow of liquids and gases at low flow rates. The fine threading of the stem and the large seat area allow precise resistance to flow. Needle Valves are used to control flow into delicate gauges, which might be damaged by sudden surges of fluid under pressure. Needle valves are also used in situations where the flow must be gradually brought to a halt and at other points where precise adjustments of flow are necessary or where a small flow rate is desired. They can be used as both on/off valves and for throttling service.

Pinch Valve

Pinch Valve is a modified version of laboratory pinchcock. A rubber sleeve is protected under a cast iron casting. The fluid passing through does not come in contact with either body covering or any other metal parts of the valve except the sleeve. Hence, the body and other metal parts are almost permanently not subjected to the corrosive action of the fluid. The flow through the valve is straight and full as that of a pipeline, when the valve is fully open. Further, the collar of the sleeve eliminates gasket. The valve is simple hand wheel operated of rising wheel type. Therefore, the operation of the valve is just simple as other wheel operated valve. The in-between stoppage will allow the desired throttling. Thus, the valve offers positive control over flowing media.
