These PP board Layer Pads are used as a divider between the products kept above one another to enable perfect stacking of products in multiple layers.
Widely used in the automobile & beverage industry, layer pads make palletisation easy and prove to be a cost effective and reusable solution for keeping objects such as cans, glass and PET bottles secure during transit.
Being water & heat resistant, these layer pads are highly durable & provide longevity for multiple reuse, unlike the wood board, paper cardboard or fibreboard, which do not offer the same.

We manufacture a wide range of collapsible PP Boxes which are designed to have various types of inbuilt locking mechanisms on top & bottom to fullfil the customer’s need and provide an optimal solution.
The lid of these boxes have two to three plugs & sockets for double locking mechanism and to enable the lock, the top of the box body has three sockets & plugs.
When closed, the lid & the top of the boxes can be interlocked by these plugs & sockets structure. Thereby eliminating the need of tapes to close the boxes.
The bottom of these boxes is also auto-locked by itself. So it does not need any tapes to close the boxes on both bottom and top. The empty boxes can be folded flatly to save on transportation costs.
These boxes can be partitioned with PP Corrugated Meshes / Honeycomb to stack & store multiple quantities of various kinds of components, parts or products etc.
These are stiff in nature and can be customized with protective cushioning of EVA / EP Foams for safety of the delicate products stored inside them.
Being water & heat resistant, these boxes are highly durable & provide longevity, unlike the conventional paper corrugated boxes which do not offer the same.
