The looper mechanism in this model which forms a l - shaped oscillation movement , ensures a continuous flow of the stitch without any skip or hitch since its looper point is hardened for a rough and tough usage. the machine is fitted with the finest available motor in india today - light weight and having a 110 h.p., 6000 rpm., 220 volts, 50 hz, single phase power supply made to withstand high voltage fluctuations. The stitch length is approx. 3.2 to an inch , and can stitch paper bags , hdpe bags, tar - coated bags and any laminated bag . The bags can be stitched with a variety of threads , viz.: cotton , spun polypropylene , polyester etc. It comes with a wrist belt for easy handling . And a thread - cutter is provided . The motor and machine have a direct drive system that ensures 100% power is transferred from motor to machine. There is no slippage or stretching unlike the v-belt mechanism system. This model is recommended for light use : to pack - stitch a maximum of 500 bags only per day.
