Mimosa Absolute is extracted from the fresh blossoms of Acacia dealbata, a small evergreen tree native to Australia and naturalized in north and central Africa; it is cultivated in Italy, India, Morocco1, and in the south of France, where the trees have been cultivated since about 1839.
