Silent Features :

• Two spindles can use two different tools for two different processing at the same time, which is similar to an economical auto-tool changer CNC machine center with three tools. The vertical spindle can do engraving/cutting/drilling/milling. The horizontal spindle can do left & right drilling/milling.
•  X and Y axis is transmitted by helical rack and pinion. This makes the machine work faster and has a larger cutting force.
• Z-axis adopts imported Germany Ball Screvv, so high precision for long-life usage.
• Three-axis adopt Taiwan to make HIWIN linear guide rail with high precision.
• THE door CNC Router machine has the function of re-carving after breakpoint or power failure. 

Silent Features :

• Whole machine is welded with thick seamless steel structure and heaving loading lathe body; Processed by high temperature tempering treatment and vibration stress relief (VSR) to reduce residual stress; Ensure that the stability is excellent, not easy to be deformed.
• Three axes adopt Taiwan imported HIWIN 20 big square guiding rail; X and Y axes adopt rack and pinion transmission, fast working, high efficiency and low cost. Z axis adopts Germanyimported ball screw, with high precision and long life time
• NK105 control system which with USB connection operated with the handle, convenient operation.
• Adopt water tank and automatic water cooling system, to make sure the machine can work on kinds of stone.
• Has the function of re-carving after break point and power failure. Has the function of forecasting process time.
• Perfect oil-injection system makes the maintenance more convenient.
