Masot Plastic Industries was incepted in the year 2001 with the strong motive plastic solutions and thereby touching skies. We have garnered global reputation within a shorter span of time, under the vigilance of the CEO of company Mr. Harsh Juthani. We deal in the manufacturing of plastic caps for aluminium collapsible tubes and Lemi tubes, plastic knobs, aluminium section parts, plastic gears etc and are regarded as the prominent textile machinery parts exporter and amongst the leading industrial electronic components suppliers from India. We have also applied for ISO9001:2000 certification.
History and Achievements
2001 : Our company was incepted in the year 2001 with the capital investment of Rs, 1,50,000 and along with injection moulding machine within the roof area of 500 square feet.
2003 : We purchased our first latest Injection moulding machine and then started developing dies for plastic gears, plastic knobs, pharmaceutical and cosmetics plastic cap, customized engineering plastic components and many more.
2008 : We have imported 8 Injection moulding machines including imported machine from Germany (Engel) and Japan (Hitachi and Kawaguchi) that are highly advanced for the production of more then 350 different plastic components. At present we are processing more than 25 tonne plastic materials per month. We have around 40 well trained employees in the area of 10,000 sq. ft. who are working hardly in the field of Injection Moulding.
Infrastructure and Team Work
We have a highly advanced infrastructural base that is spread across the area of 10,000 square feet. We also posses a team of 40 high profile workers who assists us in rendering complete plastic solution to our honored customers all over the globe. We are engaged in the product designing, mould procurement, mould design, material selection and product testing and supply.
