Metal crash barrier is specifically an element or infrastructural support for road safety which ensures safety and security of people and vehicles during unforeseen circumstances namely, road accidents or mishaps. Moreover, metal crash barriers are beneficial for drivers travelling in late nights. Metal crash barrier (GUARDRAILS) absorbs the impact of energy emitted from the collecting vehicle which thus results into minimization of risk and damage to vehicles and passengers. Hence, it diverts the vehicle from colliding to getting it post in balance on the roads.
APPLICATION
Manufactured using finest quality of steel, Square and Rectangular Pipes are extensively used in welded steel frames which experience loads from multiple directions. The shapes of pipes suit multiple axis loading with having uniform geometry along with two or more cross section axes. This enhances the uniform strength of these pipes, making them better choice for columns.
These are manufactured through the process where flat steel plate is slowly changed in shape to achieve round where the edges are presented to weld. Then, the edges are welded together to form the master tube. This master tube, which is also referred as mother tube goes through a sequence of shaping stands, which form the final square or rectangular shape.
General Applications
Nezone has a 24, 000 MTPA tower manufacturing unit strategically located at Byrnihat, Meghalaya. The plant is equipped with the latest CNC line for fabrication of towers and microprocessor based temperature controlled eco-friendly systems for galvanization of tower members.
Fabrication ProcessMultipurpose CNC machines directly read the drawings, punch, stamp and cut steel. Heavy duty machines perform even the heaviest of bends without distortion. Strategically positioned EOT cranes efficiently perform material handling.
Galvanizing ProcessThe furnace is controlled by microprocessors to give control on the bath temperature. The drying oven uniformly dries and pre-heats the steel, which removes spurting and gives an excellent surface finish to the product. Nezones factory has got one of the biggest (size 13 x 1.2 x 1.75 m) galvanising bath available with tower manufacturing companies and uses the environment friendly methods.

General Applications
