RTD Sensor

Popularly known as Resistance Temperature Detectors (RTDs), our range is manufactured as per the DIN EN60751 standards using 100 OHM class B platinum wire-wound element. Our RTD Sensor is suitable to be used in the electrical resistance of a wire-wound device with a positive temperature coefficient, which helps in signaling change in the temperature. Our RTD Sensor is not tip sensitive and offers accurate linear readings compared to thermocouple.

 

We offer the following RTD Sensors to our clients :

  • Tube and Wire Construction : Suitable for providing low-construction for applications up to 900oF (482o C), our range is widely used for various heating activities. It is equipped with a metal tube which is used for protecting RTD elements that are located at the tip. Our range is manufactured using 304 stainless steel and can be obtained in sizes of 1/8”, 3/16”, and 1/4” diameters.
  • Mineral Insulated Construction : Our range of Mineral Insulated Construction sensors is used in shock resistant construction for higher operating temperature. These products are capable of bending around the mandrel to a radius of twice the outside diameter of sheath. Magnesium oxide is used for insulating and protecting the wires located inside a metal sheath. Our range is highly acknowledged for its corrosion resistant features among the clients.

Temperature Controller

We provide Temperature Controller that facilitates the controlling of the entire application in an easy, repeatable and affordable manner. Furthermore, our Temperature Controller is available in variegated specifications and support various types of thermocouple like J, K, E, T, L, N, B, C, S & R; RTDs 100Ω Plt. NIST, 100Ω Plt. Industrial Thermocouple

The Industrial Thermocouple that we provide is developed using two electrical conductors that are made using different metal alloys.
