Manufactured using premium quality material, our range of High Watt Density Cartridge Heaters is available in 3.1 mm to 25 mm sizes ranging from 1/8” to 1”. High Watt Density Cartridge Heater can be easily configured with J and K types of thermocouples. Our High Watt Density Cartridge Heater is highly acknowledged for its high performance, durability and capability of valve heating any object from both inside & outside surface. Our range of Band and Strip Heaters is developed using two types of methods namely:

Mica Band and Strip

• Low to moderate operating temperature (400F-450F max with secure clamping)
• Requires secure mounting for best heat transfer
• Recommended to 30 w/sq. inch watt density
• Hole and cut out arrangements can be accommodated

 
Ceramic Band

• High operating temperature up to 1400 F
• Varied thicknesses of 5/8”, 7/8”, and 1”
• Recommended to 40 w/sq. inch (ultra-thin ceramics to 65 w/sq. inch)
• Optional air cooled design for the extrusion market
