WHAT IS CONSERVATOR SEQUESTER VALVE(CSV) Conservator Sequester Valve ( CSV ) is nothing but an Auto-Manual valve specially designed for CONSERVATOR ISOLATION during any abnormal high flow rate of conservator oil towards transformer due to explosion/fire of transformer, bushing failure, or any other hazardous conditions which can results into abnormal high flowrate of conservator oil towards transformer.
