Champion series Borewell Submersible Pump are designed for use in bore wells. Pumps are of centrifugal, multistage, high-speed design and hence are light-weight and compact. NS Series pumps are single stage, single suction pumps with overhung non-clogging impeller. Pumps are fully submersible and therefore do not require any priming. Pumps can be offered in stationary as well as transportable arrangements. The stationary arrangement is supplied with pump connector unit and the connector unit is connected to pump support bracket with rubber diaphragm to make it a leak proof joint. Pumps are specially designed to pump liquids with suspended solids of up to 105 mm. Pumps are supplied with Multiple impeller options depending on application. Pumps are very Rugged and Sturdy. HGSX Series pumps are self priming, foot mounting type positive displacement rotary gear pump. HGSX Series are all Stainless Steel (SS-316) in three piece construction with investment cast. Due to its three piece construction, it is easily cleanable and maintainable. It is widely used in all kind of food industries due to these qualities. Our HGSX pumps are made with SS-316 Gear and shaft that are treated to give long life and trouble free performance. Self lubricating type Teflon coated DU bushes ably support the shaft and Teflon based GFO pack sealant which gives zero leakage. The mounting brackets facilitate foot mounting of the pump at right angle to the base plate and facilitates easier mounting with Electric Motor of appropriate ratings. These pumps have sturdy design and construction for long trouble free service. The range of suction and delivery connection are available in 1/4 to 2 size. These pumps can be operated up to pressure of 10 kg/cm with 8.33 LPM to 300 LPM flow capacity and has suction lift of 1m to 5m at rated speed of 1440 RPM. The pump design allows it to handle maximum Viscosity of 100000 SSU and maximum temperature of 200C.

These pumps have a three piece construction & can be easily cleanable and maintainable. The RDRN series have a double helical refined gear and hardened grind finished shaft. These have an increased life & performance as the double helical gear prevents axial load & side thrust. RDMS Series pumps are heavy duty foot mounting type positive displacement rotary twin gear pump. Pups are all stainless steel (SS-316) in four piece construction with investment cast. Due to four piece construction it can be easily cleanable and maintainable. These pumps have a double helical refined SS-316 gear shaft that is nitrated to give longer life. The Double helical gears prevent axial and side thrust which help increase life & performance of the pump. The Teflon coated, dry running DU bush bearing, supported on bronze wearing plate is placed inside the pump casing. These are a variation of the RDRN type pumps. These pumps are provided with add-on type pressure relief valve. Additional Steam / Water jacketing construction can be made available to facilitate heating of the pump by steam or thermic fluid etc for pumping special liquids that tend to solidify at lower temperatures. The stuffing box is fitted with GFO pack sealant with provision to fit mechanical shaft seal. With flanged end connections these pumps are available in sizes from 1/2 to 6. Like our other pumps these pumps can be operated up to pressure of 10 kg/cm with 13 LPM to 1335 LPM flow capacity. These pumps are suitable for maximum viscosity up to 1, 00, 000 SSU and a maximum temperature up to 200c.

FTMP Series pumps are compact size and flange mounting positive displacement Trochoid gear pumps. To ensure low noise and compact design these pumps have been designed based on Gerotors. The accuracy of the gerotors, ensures the whole pump assembly becomes compact and absolutely free from any noise. Owing to the design and utility these are used widely where minimum flow of liquid is required to be maintained. Based on mounting, these pumps are made of flange type usually.
These pumps can be operated up to pressures of 10 kg/cm with 0.5 LPM to 40 LPM flow capacity and viscosity range of 10 to 1000 CST.

We offer the Power+N range of Neutral Grounding Resistor (NGR) Panels up to 66 KV. Ngrs are used to connect the neutral phase and the earth to limit the earth fault current to a safe value thereby protecting the transformer, generator system. The Typical operation conditions are A No Earth Fault: Continuous current (5 % to 10 % of full load current) may pass through the resistor due to system unbalance or Earth Fault Condition where restricted fault current passes through the resistor protecting the system till automatic protection takes place.
Power+N Neutral Grounding Resistor Panels upto 66 KVPurpose:Neutral Grounding Resistor is connected between the neutral & the earth so that it will limit the earth fault current to a safe value [Normally full load current of the generator, transformer, etc. thereby protecting the transformer, generator system].

Enclosure material can be Mild Steel, Aluminium or Stainless Steel. Painting / Galvanizing or Hot Dip Galvanizing or Powder Coating is offered as per requirement. Safety screen enclosure is provided if required. For continuous rating enclosure protection is not above IP 43.
Material of Resistor Element:A Neutral Grounding Resistor is a very simple yet technical equipment that is an absolute requirement depending on the design of the installation. Our NGR panels are fitted with resistor elements made from stainless steel or cast iron or CU-NI or NI-CR or any other resistance material as per requirement. From our experience, formed stainless steel elements are best and economical for NGRS.
Construction:NGR include resistor assembly, plus required insulators, internal connections and hardware.
Options/Accesories:Few of the following are usually incorporated. Current Transformers, Potentials Transformers, Grounding Transformers, Two bushing, Elevating Stands, Manual/ Electrical operated/ Motorized Isolator, Earth Leakage Relay, Lightning Arrestors, Auxiliary Control Wiring Terminal Box with Cable Glands, Termination Kit, Stand Off Insulator, Space Heater with Thermostat Control are also offered.
Cabling/ Termination:Suitable arrangement is provided for termination of cable, flats or bus duct as per requirement. Incase of XLPE cable terminal box with suitable clearance and undrilled removable gland plate is provided.
Typical Specifications:Rated Voltage:In an NGR this voltage means value of line to neutral voltage (ie System Voltage divided by 1.732)
Rated Current:This is the value of initial current that will flow through resistor when it is cold. Normally rated current value is same as full load current.
Duty rating or Time Rating:Also referred to as Duty rating, is length of time for which NGR must withstand rated voltage.
Short Time Rating:This is dependent on the design parameters of the protection system, normally it is 10 or 30 or 60 seconds. When a fault is immediately cleared and system made healthy then chances of fault repetition should be considered. 30 sec is the typical rating recomemded b y IS-304.
Continuous Rating:This is typically 10 % of full load current. For a healthy systems the NGR can be designed for a continuous rating of 5% to 10 % of full load current.
Temperature Rise Allowed:Normally Temp. Rise is restricted to 375 deg.c ie as per BS 587. It can be 760 deg.c. As per IEEE-32. We can offer NGR of any other temp. Rise as per the design requirements.

Furnaces generally have coils constructed from heavy copper tubing. Furance Transformers are special & sophisticated Transformers designed and tuned to the inverter circuit which applies a medium frequency (generally 500 Hz or 1000 Hz) voltage to the Induction coil. The charge ( Load) is heated by eddy currents induced by magnetic fields of the induction coils. Since the quality, volume and content of the charge is not always uniform the design has to be that much more robust and flexible. Medium frequency is necessary to enhance the rate of heat generation. The inverter circuit requires a D.C. ACS800 drives are single drive modules that are optimised for building into customers own cabinets. They have been designed to minimise the cabinet space used, make cabinet assembly as easy as possible, and give maximum flexibility. All the drives, regardless of the power and voltage, have the same customer interface and I/O making system design and training easier. The units have everything necessary built-in. That includes, for example, built-in chokes for harmonic filtering as standard, built-in braking chopper and built-in EMC filtering (both are optional in some frame sizes), making cabinet assembly easier. There is also a wide selection of different I/O and communications options. In addition to these there is a selection of external accessories available. ACS800 can be offered as Multidrives also. The Power V are an Indoor VCB Switchgear Panels of voltage range 3.3kV to 11kV and current ratings from 630A to 3150A. For compactness in panels rated up to 2000A special bus raiser panel is provided with bus coupler panel extended in the rear side. IP4X degree of protection is provided externally and IP2X between compartments. Panels shall have adequate space for terminating large cable sizes. Our 11kV panels are carried out for Internal Arc Test for 40kA for 1 Sec.

We offer the Power+N range of Neutral Grounding Resistor. Ngrs are used to connect the neutral phase and the earth to limit the earth fault current to a safe value thereby protecting the transformer, generator system. The Typical operation conditions are A No Earth Fault: Continuous current (5 % to 10 % of full load current) may pass through the resistor due to system unbalance or Earth Fault Condition where restricted fault current passes through the resistor protecting the system till automatic protection takes place.

Purpose: Neutral Grounding Resistor is connected between the neutral & the earth so that it will limit the earth fault current to a safe value [Normally full load current of the generator, transformer, etc. thereby protecting the transformer, generator system].
