• Graded Casting : Planer tables are machined, polished and fitted according to the best available practices and ground finishing of every part is ensured under professional supervision
• Moulding System : According to the specific requirements for different operations, a number of moulding systems with great finish are provided to cater the needs of client. These include round moulding system, degree/side cutting system, separate steel angle plate for pataam plate, steel plate fitted on the top plate.
• Ball Bearings : To ensure trouble free and prolonged working life, quality ball bearings are provided on each moving part. Heavy duty ball bearings are fitted on the main cutter block.
• Blades: To ensure the high quality performance of cutter, blades of main cutter are made of special High Carbon High Chromium Steel. 
• Safety Back Stoppers : An additional jack is attached to the gauge plate for locking purpose and a safety system which stops the wood from bouncing back.
• Clutch System with side cutter : With the clutch system, the main roller and side cutter can be driven one at a time. The main roller is also provided with a system for quick blades setting.
• Four Drills for 3/8" to 1" can be operated from the machine. Additional circular saw of 14" can be fitted on the side table. Blades can be sharpened over the grinder fitted on the machine.
