NEW ANUCOOL makes Refrigeration Trainer enables students to study and understand Vapor Compression Cycle, its components, principle and working. All the components of Computerized Refrigeration Test Rig are mounted on rigid steel frame. The trainer consists of a hermetically sealed compressor; forced convection air-cooled condenser, filter / drier, flow meter, expansion device and immersed tube type evaporator. Separate pressure transducers are provided with our Computerized Refrigeration Test Rig to record suction and discharge pressures and digital temperature indicators for various temperatures. The refrigerant used is R-134a which makes our Computerized Refrigeration Test Rig environment friendly. The total operation of our Computerized Refrigeration Test Rig is controlled by a programmable logic controller. With the help of which, calorimeter temperature, heater load and other parameters can be set in Computerized Refrigeration Test Rig. Our Computerized Refrigeration Test Rig has a computer interface which is provided through serial port. The data acquisition of this Computerized Refrigeration Test Rig is displayed in Excel sheet format. All the signals of temperatures, pressures, energy meter are converted into digital form by suitable transducers. Thermoelectric Refrigeration Test Rig

The Thermoelectric Refrigeration Test Rig, like the conventional thermocouple, uses two dissimilar materials. There are two junctions between these two materials in a thermoelectric refrigerator. One is located in the refrigerated space and the other in ambient surroundings. When a potential difference is applied, as indicated, the temperature of the junction located in the refrigerated space will decrease and the temperature of the other junction will increase. Under steady-state operating conditions, heat will be transferred from the refrigerated space to the cold junction. The other junction will be at a temperature above the ambient, and heat will be transferred from the junction to the surroundings. A Thermoelectric Refrigeration Test Rig can also be used to generate power by replacing the refrigerated space with a body that is at a temperature above the ambient.

Thermoelectric Refrigeration Test Rig

The Thermoelectric Refrigeration Test Rig, like the conventional thermocouple, uses two dissimilar materials. There are two junctions between these two materials in a thermoelectric refrigerator. One is located in the refrigerated space and the other in ambient surroundings. When a potential difference is applied, as indicated, the temperature of the junction located in the refrigerated space will decrease and the temperature of the other junction will increase. Under steady-state operating conditions, heat will be transferred from the refrigerated space to the cold junction. The other junction will be at a temperature above the ambient, and heat will be transferred from the junction to the surroundings. A Thermoelectric Refrigeration Test Rig can also be used to generate power by replacing the refrigerated space with a body that is at a temperature above the ambient.
