Both plants are fully equipped with comprehensive, sophisticated and modern equipments. Our total manufacturing capacity is 9000 mt per annum. our plants are certified for iso 9001: 2008 iso 14001: 2004 ohsas 18001: 2007 our tig and mig wires are approved by bureau veritas, tuv, deutsche bahn and ce mark. we are capable of manufacturing stainless steel wire and bright bar in compliance with international standards of quality such as is (indian) , bs( british ), aisi / astm (american ), din( german ) , jis(japanese) and are in accordance with the customer’s stringent specification. our quality products include, (1) cold heading quality wires : (2) redrawing quality wires (3) braiding, knitting & weaving quality wires (4) spring quality wires (5) electro polish quality wires (6) free cutting quality wires (7) bright bars (8) tig wires (9) mig wires (10) core wires our popular grades are, austenitic grades: 201, 204cu, 302, 303, 304, 304l, 304hc, 302hq, 305, 310s, 314, 316, 316l, 316ti & 321. Welding and electrode grades: er 308, er308l, er 309lsi, er 309, er309l, er309lsi, er316, er 316l, er 316lsi, er310, er347 martensitic grades: 410,420 & 416 ferritic grades: 430,430l, 430f, 434, 434a our products size range is 0.10 mm to 12.00mm diameter in wires and 2.00 mm to 6.35mm in bright bar. Our products are used in fields like braiding, knitting, weaving, cold heading, redrawing, spring, electro-polish, staple wire, mig, tig, core and general purpose. our products have been exported to the countries including, north & south america, australia, canada, european countries, south africa, israel, korea, turkey and vietnam
