NeOz manufactures a complete range of seamless pipe coupling and pup joint so as to meet API 5CT specifications.

The coupling are available from sizes 2-7/8" till 20" with regular thread type of STC, LTC and BTC.

NeOz top and bottom cementing Plug have a firm wiping action and our designed to provide a sure seal against the casing wall to prevent mixing of cement slurry and displacement fluid.

These PDC drillable plugs are available in Standard and Non Rotating type design.

NeOz Cementing Plugs are to be used with NeOz Float Equipments for a proper Cementing Job.

The NE-O-01 type Centralizers or the Drill Pipe Centralizers have a welded bow construction and are used for centralizing drill pipe on a stab-in type cement jobs. The longer bow profile allows centralizers to be pulled into restrictions and into larger under reamed open hole.

The Bows of these Centralizers are heat treated in special furnace which gives it a peculiar bow spring action. The Heat Treated bows enables these centralizer to provide best centralization as well as help in faster running of casing. The steel of these bows is a "special" made by combination or different metals to provide one of the best tensile strength as well as the "spring back" bow spring action.

In this type of Centralizers the End Collars have hinges which makes it in two halves. This enables them to be assembled at site.
The bows are locked to the End Collars via a special locking mechanism. These centralizers can be shipped in half thus reducing the freight cost.

Rigid Bow Centralizer can be used in cased hole operations. They can be used for both casing and tubing operations.The bows of this centralizer are specially made of high tensile steel which does not get deformed under high stress conditions.The construction is with Hinges and a Non Welded Bow.

The Rigid centralizers reduce frictional drag when used for a deviated hole section. They can provide the best stand off in deviated sections which could be as high as 90%.

The bows of these centralizers has a unique design resembling a U which makes them perfectly apt for the present day deviated wellbores.

The Cast Solid Centralizers are available in Aluminum Alloy(NE-C-01)as well as with integral stop(NE-C-03).

Steel Alloy(NE-C-05)and with Integral stop(NE-C-07)as well as the Zinc Alloy(NE-C-09)and with Integral Stop(NE-C-11)

The Slip on Cast Centralizers are also available with straight blades with various alloys.

The Aluminum Alloy with Straight blades(NE-C-02)and with Integral Stop(NE-C-04), Steel Alloy Straight Blades(NE-C-06)and with Integral Stop(NE-C-08)as well as the Zinc Alloy Straight Blades(NE-C-10)and with Integral Stop(NE-C-12) .

Cement Basket is available in Hinged TypeNE-O-03and Slip ontypeNE-O-04.

NeOz Thread Locking Compound is a two part epoxy with metallic fillers that can be used to permanently lock threaded connections under normal operating conditions. It is designed for use on all threaded joints or fasteners where an exceptionally strong and durable bond is required. It is specially used on drilling tools, casing and other tubulars where effective prevention of joint loosening is required.

NeOz API Modified (High Pressure Thread Compound) API-MODIFIED will seal and withstand pressures to 10, 000 psi and will not harden or dry. Its lubricating characteristics reduce friction in the makeup of casing and tubing, preventing galling and wear. Maximum thread engagement is ensured, providing optimum leak resistance.

NeOz offer a wide range of Centralizer control Line Protectors and Clamps for FOS, ESP cable, control lines and injection lines. Protectors reduce risk of damage to the control line as well as in some cases provide the centralization as well. These insure that all tensile and compressive forces are absorbed by the clamps thus protecting the control line.

NeOz custom designs these for the specific requirement of the customer which includes 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 channels in one protector flat, round, or square cables.

The three widely used types are:

Centralizer Protector:NeOz Centralizer protectors are unique Centralizers with an inbuilt feature of control line protectors. They offer the best centralization along with the protection of your expensive FOS. These are available in unique lock system which does not require any pneumatic gun for installation.

Mid joint Protector:NeOz Mid-joint protectors are used along with NeOz Cross coupling protectors or Centralizer protectors. These are installed "mid joint" on the tubing and used to protect virtually any configuration of control lines or cables in the well. The Clamps use a compressive fit design to accommodate tubing as per API spec and securely engage the cable or lines to the tubing. These are available in unique lock system which does not require any pneumatic gun for installation.

Cross Coupling Protector:NeOz Cross Coupling Protector are used to protect any configuration of ESP cables, control lines or encapsulated lines in the wellbore. These use channels to shield control lines as they transit across the coupling to prevent damage during installation or retrieval of completions. These are available in unique lock system which does not require any pneumatic gun for installation.

TheStello-N-Centralizeris a NeOz patent* centralizer designed By NeOz which is a single piece construction bow spring centralizer with the ability of an inbuilt low friction high tensile buttons. The single piece construction uses high quality spring steel to give a robust strength to the centralizer. The slightly protruded buttons on this centralizer touch the wellbore wall and help to reduce the start-up torque while running of the casing. During casing rotation and reciprocation the one pcs design gives the centralizer it robust strength and the buttons on the bows help to reduce the co-efficient of friction to the minimum.

TheTwisto-N-Centralizeris a NeOz patent* centralizer designed By NeOz which is a single piece construction spiral bow spring centralizer which gives 360 degree casing centering specially designed for extremely easy casing rotation and reciprocation with no weak points. The single piece construction uses high quality spring steel to give a robust strength to the centralizer. The single piece spiral construction acts as a canopy which gives the casing a complete 360 degree centering.

Float Shoe improves the chances of obtaining a successful cementing job at the casing shoe. NeOz Float Shoe is fitted with Genora valve which is suitable for most of the applications.

The valve insures proper sealing in vertical as well as horizontal wells. The valves are PDC drillable and offered in various sizes based on the casing size.

The valves are made up of engineered composite material that provide maximum strength with high wear resistance properties keeping the temperature and flow rating intact.

The Float Shoe is available with single and double valve from sizes 4-1/2" till 36".

This Centralizer is also available with Integral Stopoption wherein Set Screws are available on the End Collars.

Up Jet and Down Jet Float Shoe re-direct the flow of fluid. This Float Shoe evenly disperses fluid through multiple ports. The up jet and down jet ports effectively distribute the fluid in the annular space both above and below the Float Shoe to help prevent the initiation of channeling. This helps the casing to be easily washed past ledges and tight sections.

Float Collar acts as a back-up valve to the one located in the Float Shoe. All Float Collars are fitted with NeOz Genora valve.

It acts as a landing point for casing wiper plugs. The Float Collar allows the contaminated cement to be captured in the shoe track instead of being pumped in the annulus.

The pressure holding capability of a float collar when a plug bumps against it is referred to as bump pressure. The pressure from the annulus on the back side of the valve is called the back pressure. The bumping confirms that the displacement is complete. The Genora valve and the cement around it are capable of withstanding long periods of circulation.
