Neo Bituminous products segment has full fledged range meeting different customer requirements. Neo has individual products for following uses a) Water Tank Coating b) Anti Corrosive Coating IS 158, c) Fast Drying Bituminous varnish, d) Special purpose Bitumionous primers that are useful for waterproofing products. They are all specially designed solvent based, products formulated with high quality bitumen, petroleum solvent & selective additives. It is resistant to acid, alkali and water. The product dries rapidly to give a smooth glossy black finish. The product imparts good adhesion strength on coated surfaces. The product performs as a anticorrosive brushable liquid primer cum paint as well as a good blending agent for the manufacture of waterproof membrane coating.

Surface should be clean free of dirt, gravel, dust and oil. The surface should be dry, smooth & free from imperfections and protrusions.

Apply by use of standard roofing brooms, brushes, squeegees or airless spray equipment. Check the viscosity to ensure smooth spray of the product. Minimum 2 coats will be required. Allow drying of one coat before application of second coat. Coating will be touch dry within 3-4 hours at 30^oC and will be hard dry within 8 hours.

It finds application as paint or primer for use on exterior & interior surfaces of Metals, Wood, RCC Surfaces etc. Also used as a primer coat on Concrete surface / Brick surface / Metal surface / Smooth asphalt roofs / Concrete Sloped Roof before aesthetic singles roofing. As a waterproof coating in Water tank, boats. As a low cost anticorrosive, anti chipping underbody coating in Auto rickshaws, scooters etc. As a finishing top coat on steel, wood, plaster, concrete, pipe line, roofing, & on many other surfaces where good gloss & water resistance is required.

Neo has extensive range of primers based on Epoxy / PU / Synthetic Resins. NEO PRIME GUARD grades are quality Epoxy based primers while NEO SHIELD PRIME grades are PU primers. These are used as a primer. They exhibit excellent adhesion properties and will stick to bare metal, Paints, primers, and fillers. They are used as a anti corrosive / protective primers. Neo offers multiple grades loaded with special additives, pigments for meeting specific requirements.

Abrasive blasting to Sa 2 Swedish standards is the best method of surface preparation. In case blasting is not possible, then the surface of steel should be cleaned to St-2/St-3. The surface should be absolutely dry, moisture and oil free before primer application.

Stir the Base part thoroughly. Mix base and Hardener as per our recommended ratio, by volume, Allow the mixture to stand still (maturation) for about 10-15 minutes to initiate the reaction. Add suggested Thinner into mix, if required, depending on application method, and stir gently for few minutes. Stain the paint through nylon filter cloth of 100 mesh size and apply uniformly over the surface. All equipment used for above should be properly cleaned. Apply By Brush/By Conventional spray.

NEOTHIN are specially formulated thinners for NEOVAR varnishes made of combination of various organic solvents. they are used for thinning the varnishes to adjust product viscosity to facilitate easy usage by end users. It is suggested that appropriate thinner according to nature of varnish be used. Normally the advisable dosage is in the ratio of 3 parts of varnish to one part of thinner.

Specially formulated Thinners for Insulating varnish.Good compatibility to NEOVAR varnishes.Acts fast as it is matched to respective varnish and does not affect end properties.

Shelf life 1 year from date of manufacture in original sealed container at Room Temperature.

NEOPROOF range of products are single part, high quality, pollution free waterproof membrane coating. This range includes products based on Synthetic Resins / Superior Hybrid Polymers / Elastomeric compound/ Acrylic resins & Polymer either standalone or in suitable combination. They differ from other conventional waterproof coating due to its excellent flexibility & superior UV resistance. Their thixotropic nature make them ideal for use on both horizontal & vertical surfaces. The coating accommodates limited crack movement in underlying surfaces and bonds excellently to most building material thus becoming a part of concrete repair. The coating is available in WHITE / BLACK / GREY colour. White coating offers added benefit of High Solar Reflectivity.

NEOSHIELD PU Paints are 2 part polyurethane based top coat offering good resistance to chemical, UV. These products are designed to offer best gloss retention. The product has got excellent adhesion strength and also offers a balanced aesthetic and corrosion protection. NEOSHIELD PU Paints are available in Clear / High Glossy / Semi Glossy varieties. Special products with non yellowing fetaures are also available. These products cure at Room temperature and provides excellent flexibility, toughness, good abrasion, chemical & UV resistance.

• # Do not apply in direct sunlight / during rains & when ambient temperature is < 10^oC or > 40^oC
• # Dilute with potable water & follow dilution ratio. Not to store diluted material.
• # Never apply succeeding caots before full drying of precious coat.
• # Do not mix 2 products together.
• # As with any chemical exercise safe working practise and follow instruections in datasheet.

NEOPROOF Thermal Insulation products are one part, cold applied, durable membrane coating. They are based on Synthetic Resins / Polymer either standalone or in combination along with special additives for enhancing solar reflectivity & weather durability. This range has products designed for 2 categories - 1) Thermal Insulation of HVAC Duct Asseembly. 2) Insulation of Roofs. The coating offers multipurpose features of Heat Reduction & Waterproofing in one shot. The products are tough, flexibile & possess superior UV resistance. The coating bonds excellently to most building material as well as materials used in HVAC Duct Assembly like mineral wool, glass fiber, Polystyrene and polyurethane foam. The Roof coating products being high on Solar Reflectivity, reflects most of Sun's heat back to atmosphere as such preventing thermal degradation of the coated substrates .

NEOCRETE range of BONDING AGENT products are specially designed, integral compounds used as additive for modified portland cement composition. Neocrete modified mortar has improved physical strength, superior adhesion to old concrete, masonry, brick and other surfaces. For meeting different needs of application grades based on: I) aqueous dispersion of Acrylic Polymer, II) carboxylated styrene butadiene co-polymer latex etc are available in this range. The products finds extensive use in building industry as an adhesive / additive to concrete & plasters / as an universal bonding agent / as a cementitious coating.

NEOCRETE range of ADMIXTURE & PLASTICIZER products are specially designeds, integral compounds used as additive for modified portland cement composition. The products in this range conforms to IS: 2645-1975, BS-4887, ASTM C 91 as an Integral waterproofing admixture & conforms to IS: 9103-1999 as an Super Plasticizing Admixture. Has good plasticizing properties, makes concrete cohesive & prevents segregation. When added to the wet concrete or mortar, fills up the capillaries in the concrete giving effective water proofing. Also used to accelerate the setting time of freshly mixed concrete. The product enhances the workability and reduces water consumption considerably. Apart from reducing the water cement ratio, they also improve performance characteristics of hardened concrete: higher compressive strength and modulus; lower permeability, shrinkage and creep.

NEOFLOOR are tough, hard wearing, chemical and abrasion resistant coatings that helps the surface to last long without compromising any of the properties of the concrete floor. Based on solvent less two component Epoxy System, NEOFLOOR provides monolithic, smooth, non-porous, hygienic coating that is easy to clean and maintain. It is available in wide range of colours and has sufficient strength to withstand industrial traffic with nylon / rubber wheels. It offers improved performance while maintaining ease of application.
