Our Tractor Operated Maize Sheller Cum Dehuskers are designed for threshing maize crop while separating grains , leaves and maize cob( bones)separatly. Optionally grain elevators are provided to lift grains from machine outlet to a height of 7 feet from ground so that grains can be poured in the tank.Machine is built with self-aligning bearings, well balanced and cnc turned parts , quality steel PU Paint which gives long life to the machine.

We are the leading manufacturer, supplier and exporter Maize Sheller Cum Dehusker. our Maize Sheller Cum Dehusker (tractor operated) machine is specially designed for threshing maize. The unique feature of the machine is that this machine removes skin/cover and grains separately. After plucking the corns from the plant, it is directly feeded into the self-feeding hopper without removing the skin/cover. Threshing drum separates the skin/cover and grains from the corn cub/tooth. Skin/cover are discharged from the machine through the fan , while tooth/ cob flow down the sieve. Cleaned Grains are collected at one end of machine. Machine is provided with tool kit and platform to work . technical description/size :
