We manufacture natraj sheet pressing machine that is utilised for evenly setting of the corrugated sheets processed on the pasting machine. The wet glued sheets are piled over the lower plate. An optimum pressure is applied by lowering the upper moving plate when switched on. After keeping the pile pressed for sometimes between the lower and the upper plates the sheets are set straight. Thus ensuring removal of air bubbles & producing an even board without damaging the flutes. Then the upper plate is moved up by reversing the switch, and the pile is removed Thereby the sheets are set straight and even. The machine is made solid in sturdy construction. The compression all over the surface is uniform. A reversible switch is fitted for moving the upper plate upside down.

We manufacture 4-bar rotary cutting & creasing machine which is the initial process carried in the manufacture of a corrugated box. It is simultaneously carried-over this machine. The 4-Bar Rotary Cutting&Creasing Machine consists of two pairs of shafts. The pair directly adjacent to the feed table carries the cutting dies&the second pair carries the creasing dies. Both he cutting & creasing dies are made in two halves bolted together, for easy removal from the shafts. Thetwo lower shafts can be raised or lowered by means of a hand-wheel provided on the back side depending upon the thickness of the board (3ply. 5ply, 7ply, or 9ply boards) separate gauge of creasers can be used. The sheets are piled on the feed table&fed through the machine by hand. Two guides are provided on the table to support the sheet for straight feeding.

The next process after cutting & creasing of the sheet is slotting & corner cutting. It is simultaneously done over the eccentric slotter machine. Slot dies are mounted on an eccentric shaft which causes them to move in an arc so that the board is slotted in a shearing manner. The corner die is moved, likewise. The sheets are fed through the machine by hand. Due to its rugged construction it can take up a number of sheets in one stroke. The dies can be moved on the machine very easily & the slot depth can be adjusted bythe gauge provided along it. Two guides are provided on the feed table, to support the sheets at correct dimension and feeding.

We manufacture natraj sheet pasting machine which finds its use in the application of the glue on the tips of the corrugated surface of paper or a board.

Design Characteristics :
This machine mainly constitutes three rolls viz glue applicator, glue doctor&a feed roll. The large applicator roll revolving in the Glue carries the adhesive, layered evenly by the doctor roll behind, to the crests of the paper flute. A third roll, which rotates freely, is suspended over the glue applicator roll for feeding of the board The gap between the rolls is adjustable. The glue pan can be raised or lowered to adjust the glue level. Theglue can be completely drained when the pan plugs are removed.
