National Fume Hood has heavy Stainless Steel Construction 304 Grade Size - 4'x2'x2'. Work table is made of SS-316 or ceramic glazed tiles, a small S.S. Sink, Water Tap, Water outlet provided. A sliding glass door moves vertically with counter weight. Complete with fluorescent light. Centrifugal motor fan with Stainless Steel fitted with the exhaust fumes will vented with PVC pipe outlet. (160 diameter).

National Water Bath Rectangular: It is a double walled unit inner chamber made of S.S- 304 Sheet and outside made of SS-304 or M.S. duly powder coated with PID Digital temperature controller. Whole types tope view model of water bath. The gap between the walls is fitted with special grade glass wool in order to avoid thermal losses. Concentric rings can be removed to accommodate containers of various sizes. Temperature from ambient to 100°C is controlled by Hydraulic capillary type thermostat with accuracy of + 1°C. Temperature Mapping Incubator :

• Performance qualification with temperature mapping on site.
• Performance validation test consist of one cycle at any one-temperature point for 2 hours period.
• This is done to demonstrate the uniformity of temperature within the chamber is acceptable and that the items within chamber receive a uniform temperature condition. Data is collected in printed format from up to six different points within the chamber. Temperature uniformity is considered acceptable if the deviation is less 1C of set temperature.

Construction : Ovens are sturdy, with double walled construction. Inner Chamber made of Stainless Steel 304 sheet. The gap between the walls is filled up with special grade glass wool for proper insulation to avoid heat losses. Inner chamber has ribs For placing the shelves at convenient levels. Supplied with 2 or 3 removable shelves. It is fitted with heavy hinges with a ball Catcher, spring loaded door closing device. Door is duly insulated.

Elements : Heating elements are made of high quality nickel/canthail wire heavy gauge which are put inside beads and placed at the bottom and in both the side ribs for Uniform temperature all over the work space.

• Digital Temperature is controlled by imported capillary type thermostat from up to 50°C to 250°C ± 1°C.
• Temperature control knob is graduated in centigrade degrees. Ovens are supplied without thermometer.

Over Temperature Protection : Heating will be switched off at 10°C above theset temperature.

Chamber Door of S.S. 304 Sheet with glass window .It has two doors. The outer door is insulated and is fitted with heavy hinges. Heating Elements : Heating elements, made of high grade imported nichrome wire are insulated inside the porcelain beads and placed at the bottom and side ribs for uniform temperature all over the space.

Temperature Control : To provide digital temperature control display and Temperature is controlled by imported capillary type thermostat from 5°C above ambient to 80°C ±0.5°C. Temperature control ON/OFF switch or digital temperature controller and indicating light.
