Introduction : National Rectangular Sliding Double Door Autoclave is ideal for Hospitals, Research Laboratories and other Pharmaceutical Industries. They are designed for safe & efficient sterilization of various items such as Ampoules, Vials, Rubber goods, Empty flasks, instruments & utensils, Fabrics wrapped or unwrapped etc. All types of bulk sterilization which are commonly needed in Medical, Agricultural, Research Institute, Pharma, sterilizing hospital dressings, rubber plastic goods, surgical instruments & glass wares etc.
Boiler (Steam Generator) : Autoclave can be supplied with two grades (SS 304/316L) steam generator operable on electricity. Made from 3mm thick stain plates suitably located under the sterilizer. High grade flanged type heating elements are fitted from front side for easy replacement/repair. Fitted with water gauge glass for water level, safety valve, water inlet and drain valves. It is also provided with Low Water Level cut off device. This device protects the heater in the generator from burning out dry. The steam pressure in the boiler is indicated on an individual pressure gauge.
Construction : The chamber is constructed of heavy duty stainless steel 316 & with thickness of 5mm to with stand high pressures. Corresponding to temperature of 1340C and also to with stand vacuum of 650-700 mm (26"/28") of Hg. In Chamber, two rails are provided in the chamber bottom for easy loading & unloading of the material on Carriage.
Doors : The Sterilizer is supplied with single door or double doors made of SS 316 The doors are having automatic sliding type arrangement. The doors will have unique arrangement to open them manually in case of power failure. The door Gasket is of Silicon food grade. Door thickness is 20mm (Grade 316L).

Vacuum System : This system is used for effective air removal from Autoclave chamber. It consists of efficient of water-ring type vacuum pump, condenser etc.

Carriage & Trolley : The loading carriage is made of stainless steel 304/316. It has adjustable shelves which can be positioned according to height of the goods. It is designed to slide easily from chamber to trolley. The trolley is made of SS-316 and its base have four heavy duty castors.
Blue Water Leak Detection System : For detection of defective Ampoules - preheated Blue Water is pumped into the autoclave chamber which will Penetrate into defective ampoule for easy detection.

Introduction : National Horizontal Rectangular Autoclave is based on the principle that microbiological action of saturated steam at elevated temp is rapid and thorough. All models work on downward displacement of air principle which is most economical method of obtaining for all types of bulk sterilization which are commonly needed in Medical, Agricultural, Research Institute, Pharmaceutical. Suitable for sterilizing hospital dressings, rubber plastic goods, surgical instruments, glass wares etc.
Boiler (Steam Generator) : Made of thick stainless steel plate suitably located under the sterilizer. High grade flanged type heating elements are fitted from front side for easy replacement/repair. Fitted with water gauge glass for water level, safety valve, water inlet and drain valves. It is also provided with low water level cut off device. This device protects the heater in the generator from burning out dry. The steam pressure in the boiler can be seen an individual pressure gauge.
Construction : Robust and rugged all weld construction which is leak proof unlike riveted construction. Inner chamber is made of thick plate of Mild Steel of nonmagnetic stainless steel of 304/316 quality and jacket is made out of rolled steel. Sterilizers will have single door made out of rolled steel lined with S. S. 304 sheet on both sides. All the sterilizers are 2 hydraulically tested to withstand 2.5kg/cm the working pressure. The steam jacket is lined on the outer side with high quality heat resistance materials to prevent heat losses due to radiation and is covered by SS 304 Sheet.
Doors Safety Lock : Every National Horizontal Rectangular Autoclave is fitted with Self Locking Safety Door which cannot be opened when the chamber is under pressure. The clutch mechanism automatically disengages the threads of the radial locking system for precluding any eventuality of accident when the chamber is under pressure. A heat resistant Neoprene Rubber gasket ensures zero leaks of the steam.
Pressure Control : Electrically operated “PIEZOSTAT” (Pressure Control Device) is incorporated in all electrically operated sterilizers. It economies power consumption and limits the use of release valve which would frequently blow steam into the room. It cuts off the power supply to heaters when the set pressure is achieved and re-energies heaters when pressure falls below the require limit/tap.
Sterilization : Complete sterilizing cycle is controlled from one point with the help of “Multi port valve” fitted at front top. Two speeds of exhaust are available for evacuating.
The Chamber : Two separate valves provided for evacuating air and steam from inner chamber and jacket as and when desired. A steam trap is fitted in the chamber discharge line to eliminate the condensate automatically.

Suitable for Sterilizing hospital dressings, rubber, plastic goods, surgical instruments, glass wares, etc.Construction : Triple walled with steam jacket and separate boiler Inner chamber and steam jacket are made up of Heavy gauge S.S. 316/304 Sheet with leak proof argon-arc welding. The sterilizer has single piece door made of stainless steel 316/304. Back plate and ring is also made of thick stainless steel sheet. All the sterilizers are hydraulically tested to with stand 2.5kg/cm2 times the working pressure. Mounted on tubular steel frame with ground leveling screwed flanges. The Outer jacket is wrapped with asbestos sheet or glass wool to minimize the heat losses due to radiation and is covered by polished stainless steel sheet for that elegant appearance.Steam Generator : Made of heavy stainless steel sheet. Heavy ring mounted in front of the boiler with folding thick stainless steel plate is fitted with heating elements and low water level cutoff device to protect the former from burning out dry. Front folding plate system provides for easy cleaning of the deposited scale on the elements and the walls for long life and e efficiency. Fitted with water gauge glass for water level indication, water inlet and outlet valves.Pressure Control : The PIEZOSTAT (Pressure control device) is incorporated in all electrically operated sterilizers. I t economizes on power consumption and reduces the frequent opening of the steam release valve and thus prevents the release of steam in the room, It cuts off the power supply to heaters when the set pressure is achieved and reenergies the heating elements when pressure falls below the set point.Heating Elements : Flanged type, immersion heating elements made of high grade materials having ISI certification.Safety Door : Sterilizer has hinged self-locking single piece thick S.S. 316/304 plate door and cannot be opened when under pressure. The self-locking device automatically disengages the thread mechanism when the sterilizer is under pressure to preclude any eventuality of accident.Single Point Control : Complete sterilizing cycle is controlled from one point with the help of Multiport Valve fitted at front top. Two speeds of steam exhaust are available; fast and slow. Easily readable jacket and chamber pressure on gauges mounted on the multi port valve. A moisture trap is fitted in the chamber discharge line to absorb the condensate automatically to prevent moistening of the subject matter to be sterilized.Other Features : Triple Safety - The Sterilizer is provided with the triple safety features. At the boiler level by a PIEZOSTAT which automatically limits the pressure to the required set value and a spring loaded safety valve in case of its failure which releases the steam to keep pressure within the safety limits. At the chamber level, a spring loaded safety valve and a dead weight release valve to release the steam in case the pressure exceeds the safety limit. All these safety features function independent of one another and sequentially i.e. one take over the charge in case of other's failure. A plug screen prevents the discharge line from choking. The plug is easily removable for daily cleaning. Powerful Ejector for drying sterilized linen circulates air throughout the chamber. The circulating air passes through a corrosion resistant metallic wool filter. A dial thermometer is provided to show the chamber temperature. Automatic Vacuum breaker is provided to break vacuum in case of formation of vacuu
