The optimal groove angles and groove profile, along with special surface finish provide friction free smooth running and better fiber control over the rollers. We provide Cold Rolled Alternate Helical fluted rollers and Knurled rollers which provides more number of nipping points for better control of fiber and better cot life, precisely ground flutes to give better yarn quality and free from peak problems. Our rollers suits for 100% Cotton, Blends of Cotton and man made fiber or 100% man made fiber. We manufacture fluted rollers for various processes as mentioned below from 25mm diameter to 40mm diameter.

1.Gauge from 63.5mm to 130mm
2.Number of spindles between roller stands are 8, 6, 4 spindles.

We manufacture Cast Iron Roller Stand which are made out of high grade induction melt Cast Iron, Most precisely machined, perfect in all aspect suitable for Ring Frame and Speed Frame and Doubling Machine as per your requirement of various center height and various drafting angles like 45and 60 for Ring Frame and 15/ 10 for Speed Frame. We provide both Needle Bearing type Roller Stand and Bush Bearing type Roller Stand

1. We provide Roller Stand with and without slides for Middle and Back Lines.

2.We provide slides separately.

1. Double Row Ball Bearing type:

Double Row Ball Bearing type tension device gives you friction free smooth rotation of the apron. Higher circumference of the rollers prevent sharp bending of the bottom aprons which results in long life of the bottom Aprons.

2. Aluminum Fork Type:

WE provide Pressure die cast Aluminum fork for both Ring frame and speed frames, this is the most economical and effective tension devices when compared with dead weight type rollers.

3.. Dead Weight type:

This the older version of tension Devises used earlier.

Nathan Industries Traverse Motion gearing unit along with other devices extends the life of the Top Roller Cots and also the life of Top and Bottom Aprons. The Travers can be adjusted according to the bottom Apron width.

The movement of the traverse motion can be adjusted from 6mm to 15mm according to your requirement. If necessary we can provide extra traverse ( movement )width as per your requirement.

Double column rigidly designed, maintenance free gearing unit, with case hardened Shafts and Gears and heavy duty ball bearings, at all points, are superior by virtue of their easy handling, simpler means of changing gears. We can provide 3 roller drafting arrangements with 45Degere and 60 degrees for Ring frames and for speed frame with 3 roller drafting system or 4 roller drafting system with 15degerees.

We also provide spare for draft gearing unit separately like:-

Middle roller support brackets- Right hand side & Left hand side, Back roller support brackets - Right hand side & Left hand side, Swivel Bracket

We manufacture Double Row Ball Bearing Top Rollers for Ring frames and Speed Frames. These Top Rollers are made out of Ball Bearing Steel machined by skillful hands in the modern machinery and assembly process to attain Top Quality by experience technicians. Our rollers provide friction free rotation for flawless yarn.
