Our keypads are made for actutation force tolerances of 50g ±15g to 200g ± 50g. Coductive pills are provided with diameters between 2mm to 8mm and in ellips of 1mm/3.5mm, 2mm or 8mm, 3mm/7.5mm or 11mm and 4mm/6mm.The conductive pill has resistance of 100 OHMS with 50-300g loading and life of 10-15 Million life cycles.Typical Rubber - Key specifications include a contact resistance of 100 OHMS and life of 5, 00, 000 to 50 million cycles: our key pads can withstand operating temperatures from -50degC to 250degC.Other specifications are a contact rating of 4mA at 12V DC of 5s and 20 million cycles contact bounce 5ms and dielectric strength, 2.5KV/mm to 30 KV/mm.
