Usage
The design concept for Apparatus / Hollow porcelains is dependent on the complete design of electrical equipment such as SF6 circuit breakers, Air blast circuit breakers, minimum-oil circuit breakers, instrument transformers, condenser bushings and lightning arresters. NP-INDIA accordingly finalizes its design of porcelain housings in consultation with the manufacturers of equipments so as to meet the electrical and mechanical requirements, fixing and sealing arrangements and dimensional needs of an electrical equipment within the manufacturing possibilities of shape, size and dimensional tolerance of large hollow porcelains commensurate. Special Mechanical and Hydraulic tests are also carried out as many be prescribed by the equipment manufacturers.
